My family ordered flowers from here for my mothers funeral. I was so disappointed when we got to the church the morning of my mothers mass. They were the worst flowers I have ever seen. My fathers arrangement was suppose to have babys breathe and red roses. There was no babys breathe, the roses were already open and wilting, the arrangement was so pitiful looking. My sisters and my arrangement was white roses and lilies and the roses and lilies were wilted, browning and the shape was horrible. My children and nephews arrangement, the roses were already open and wilted the lilies were wilted and already browning. My daughter called the florist and they brought out babys breathe and lilies, but there wasnt enough babys breath to make my fathers arrangement look good. She brought a few lilies and that didnt help any other arrangements either. I called to talk to the manager and he couldnt even take the time to call me back. He had one of his girls call me. Very poor management. I will never order from this florist or 1800 flowers again.

Ordered flowers for delivery. Yes, I made the mistake of the wrong date, but called immediately to change to the correct one. Was informed I was all set and "rest assured" they would be delivered on the correct date. Day comes. Never shows up. Call the following day and informed them to deliver immediately. I was "rest assured" they would be delivered that day. They STILL never show. So I call back today. I get informed the florist never got the order to begin with so the flowers were never on order. And now Im "rest assured" they will be delivered today. This is a $90 order. And their idea of making the situation better? Oh, well give you $20 for a future order. Nope. Not ordering again. "Oh well we can give you $14.99 back"...off a $90 order thats being delivered way late. "Um, best we can do is $20." Seriously? For this large of a company, customer service was just depressing. Never ordering again. And we will see if the flowers even show up. Never ordering again.

Only giving 1 star, just so I can write a review. They deserve negative stars. I was guaranteed delivery of flowers on Valentines Day, and even payed an extra service fee because it was a busy day. The flowers NEVER arrived. They even had the audacity to send me a email saying they had been delivered so I thought everything was good. Way to ruin Valentines Day! When I called their "customer service" I was told that "orders could not be modified or cancelled because of the increased volume of Valentines Day" and to just wait and see if they show up tomorrow... tomorrow?! Who wants Valentines flowers the day after Valentines Day?! Kinda defeats the purpose. This company is totally out of touch with its customer base and charges way to much for crappy service. I will NEVER order from them again.

i ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day on sunday, i was having them delivered to our work. they came a day early and the flowers were dead and droopy. the snapdragons were dead, they had no color, the leaves were brown. it was disgusting. i paid 80.00 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the wrong day and they showed up dead. i called customer service and they told me the best they could do was monday morning and that they would send a fresh one, we will see what this one shows up looking like. it was the single worst experience i have ever had , i will never use them again. I unfortunately dont have transportation, so i was unable to go anywhere to pick the flowers i wanted. thanks for ruining my special surprise for mothers day.

i had recently ordered flowers for my wife as a suprise from this location and when i called the store to confirm delivery i spoke to a girl who sounded to be about 16 yrs. old and she told me they were delivered. so i called my wife to ask how she liked them and she asked me "what flowers, did you send me flowers?" after 3 or 4 more phone calls with the store and having my wife run around the outside of the house looking for them, the girl called and said "sorry i thought you were somebody else and your flowers will be delivered shortly"! JUST GREAT! 3 HOURS LATER....STILL NO FLOWERS! THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPIERENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Amy, as part of their agreement with the bride and groom was supposed to arrange the table, afterall, they are renting the overlays from her. She only placed the overlay, and the centerpiece but did notbother setting the tables. Because she decided to come later than what she had indicated, 3 hours late..we were not able to do anything with the place setting, since we had to wait for the overlay. She infotmed us that it would be her and her crew, 2 people, including herself is not a crew! She cannot deliver as promised! Despite the amount of business that went her way. I would never recommend her to anyone.

this has to be thee worst florist in Michigan??? :( I received flowers from them and they were already full bloomed roses and the petals had already fallen in the box, I called to complain and they sent out another batch, these were even worse :( they were all supposed to be purple roses, well they slipped 3 pink ones ??? I guess they hoped I wouldnt notice, and when I called, they were even worse on the phone, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all...I would not recommend nor ever do business with this florist

Ordered flowers for my wife who works at a short term care facility. They tried to deliver, but said there were no patients by that name. SHE WORKS THERE! Geez. I tried again. This time I had to tell them that she works there and nowhere on the website does it say to specify if she is an employee. They were delivered by Fedex. The flowers/plant was beat to hell. Ill be surprised if the plant lives. I am so disappointed. Ill never use this company again. Absolutely terrible experience.

Customer service is awful. They told me my mom had to sit home from 9am-7pm to receive her flowers that were supposed to be a surprise because they refuse to leave them when shes not home. When I called, the customer service agent hardly spoke any English and I could barely communicate with him. I had to call 4 times and never felt satisfied after talking to anyone. Awful experience.

Ordered delivery for feb 14 but part of the order wasnt delivered at all . Called to ask for refund but was told they cannot give it to me since i used a gift card method of payment. Talked to supervisor who assured she will take care of it but no resolution. Talked over 40 mins on the phone. Extremely unsatisfying. No formal complaint acknowledgement either.

Horrible, disappointed that I gave this company an opportunity to gain me as a customer, TWICE! Order was wrong, I was charged for gifts thats werent delivered, even the damn name on the card was wrong! Basically, I had the worst experience one could imagine.

They came into my work and were selling a flower punch card ($20 for a full year of flowers, once a month). Went and got the first batch and loved them! LOVED THEM! Worth it just for the first month.
