Went here on Valentines Day morning while it was still quiet and the staff was not very helpful. One lady finally helped me after noticing me looking for 5 minutes. The dozen long stem roses that I purchased looked decent in the store but were dead the next morning. My girlfriend sent me pictures and I was appalled. I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers I was sold that were not cheap at all. I normally order my flowers online from 1800-flowers, and those would last at least a week. I will never buy flowers from here again. Lesson learned.

It is a nice place with nice helpful staff, with the exception of one older woman who is very unpleasant and gruff. I was looking to get two separate orders of general floral bouquets the other day, and this woman made me realize that I was better off going down the road where I spent $130. While I was there, I saw another customer looking for help, but who was also turned off by this woman who seems very unhappy. With so many flower shops in the area, Id avoid this place like the plague unless you dont mind being talked to like an idiot.

Ordered roses for our anniversary, they were delivered promply and looked nice but not very big for the 90 dollar price tag....then less than 5 days later they were wilted and all but dead even though the water was changed daily....very upset and dissapointed...will not use again

The staff was extremely rude and treated me like I was inconveniencing them by patronizing their business!!! I could have received better service at the floral area in Meijer! It was terrible and I will never go back. Dont waste your time on this dump or these rude people!

Unbelievable!! Staff ignored me, never offered to help. When I asked for help it was an inconvenience to them. They need to get rid of rude staff & find people who can at least smile & pretend to care...

Extremely rude! The lady at the counter hung up on me when I called to place an order. And, thats after the 3rd time I called and waited for 15 minutes on hold.
