Extremely rude. Called about 6 months ago and they were difficult to deal with. I thought Id give them another try because the product turned out good. Called today at 1pm to have birthday flowers delivered to my wife across the street from their location and the first response from the gentleman that answer the phone was "Its 1 oclock and you just thought about sending her flowers?". I wont be doing business with them again.
