Not impressed at all. I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend after she lost her job, pretty simple right? (You would think so!) So I picked this florist as its only 7 minutes from her apartment and they had a website so I could see what I was buying (great). I called around lunch time and asked if they could deliver to Southgate TODAY, and after some discussion as to whether or not they could deliver there (7 minutes away!) they said OK. I told them what bouquet I found online that I wanted to order and he said they were out of that color flowers but could make a similar bouquet with a different color. I was disappointed but agreed. I tried to give very specific instructions about how to deliver them as she lives in an apartment and they would need to call when they got to there so she could come down to the main door and receive them however the man I spoke to didnt record any of this and just assured me he would take care of it. The rest of the day goes by and I received no indication from my girl that she received anything so I called them the next morning to find out what happened. The same man straight up lied to me over the phone by stating he told me they wouldnt be delivered until the next day but when I firmly stated I told him I wanted them delivered that day he simply said there must have been a misunderstanding and that was the end of it. She ended up receiving them late that afternoon but come to find out they had called her that morning and scheduled a time for them to deliver her flowers, thus ruining any bit of surprise I had hoped for. I then found out the delivery person called and had been rude because there was no apartment number on the address so clearly my instructions for delivery were not recorded or relayed in any way. To top it all off the bouquet she got was half the size of the one I asked for but 50% more money! Im not sure what kind of experience they expected me to have from this but I will never order from them again and seriously advise others against it as well.

30 years of experience working for many shops has developed a craft down to what is good independent design at a reasonable price compared to designs that are just thrown together by shops dependent and owned in some cases by funeral homes or 800 #s that add extra fees for there membership . always call a locally owned shop with a local address.

The floral basket my co-workers sent was stunningly beautiful. The fresh flower arrangement I ordered for my moms memorial service was exactly what I wanted and was full and beautiful. Both arrangements lasted an exceedingly long time. I am very pleased with this business

Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered a beautiful arrangment for my significant other and when it arrived I was outraged. It did not look anything like what I paid $50 for and it was very very small. I will never bring my business to Biddle Avenue Florist again. Its a scam.
