I am heart broken My grandson was born today in Dublin Ohio. I ordered flowers to be sent to the hospital and was assured they would be delivered to day. They were not delivered. Some one from the florist even called me back to say my daughter in law wasnt in a room yet but they would delivered them to the maternity floor and would be taken to her room when she was out of recovery. I am so upset disappointed , angry, frustrated ,I trusted this florist to do a very important and special thing for my family at this joyous occasion and I am more than disturbed. No Name

Ordered "Heart & Soul" arrangement to be delivered to my wifes work, a local hospital, via their website. Asked that they deliver them after 3:30p. Staff at the hospital told her they dropped them off early in the morning. I understand they cant meet certain delivery times, but dropping them off really early? Additionally, whoever retyped the card did not use proper punctuation at all. The card was not in an envelope like one would expect (just pinned on the wrapping) or anything so the staff read the personal note and before she got the flowers, the staff was wishing her a happy anniversary. Kinda spoiled things in terms of a "surprise."

A Private User

My family has used Sawmill Florist for years (couple times a week). They are always friendly and accommodating. They take such good care of the flowers in store and order them from such wonderful growers that the flowers last much longer than from other florists. The flowers are beautiful. Most arrangements are spectacular esp. the wedding flowers/arrangements. Sonyas husband makes the most exquisite corsages and bouquets. Only disappointment is that the flowers for special occasions only come in that days traditional colors unless you special order. So Im off to special order a Moms Day bouquet!

Wonderful Service and Bouquet. I ordered a bouquet for my parents wedding anniversary the morning I wanted them delivered. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I got a phone call from a really sweet woman confirming my order and letting me know she would need to slightly alter the arrangement due to the flowers that were currently available. Sure! My parents LOVE them. The bouquet is gorgeous. They did a wonderful job and were really nice. Delivery timing was impeccable. Thank you!!! =)

I couldnt have been more happy with this florist. They made a beautiful, hearty, and very fresh arrangement to celebrate the birth of a dear friends baby boy. The customer service was superb, from the friendly florist to the very quick delivery. I was overly impressed by the size and substance of the flowers for the price, it looked as though it cost much more than what I paid. Excellent all around!

THEY HELPED ME PERFORM A MIRACLE! I called 13 florist looking for a specific flower and they were the only one that had it in stock. Beyond that, I explained my limited time frame and they had my arrangement done in under 30 minutes and it looked amazing. The shop owner is very friendly and helpful with floral selection; she would do all she could to help with ideas and types of flowers. This is the only shop in town that I go to for flowers.
