THIS COMPANY is a NIGHTMARE. Saturday was my uncles funeral. After a 2 1/2 year fight with cancer the man who loved to garden more than almost anything else succumbed last week. As a very special tribute, my parents sent my Aunt a flower arrangement fitting to the man who spent most of his life working in the garden. Instead of the beautiful arrangement we ordered and paid for, we received an arrangement that would have only been appropriate to be sent to the set of a Freddy Krueger horror film. The flowers were packed upside down in the box and being packed this way, several flowerheads broke off. There is dead vegetative matter in the arrangement and the shoddy arrangement looked like scraps near dead flowers off the cutting floor or pulled out of the garbage, It DID NOT resemble in the LEAST any aspect of the beautiful arrangement we ordered. What a horrible way to treat my aunt and my parents on the occasion of their loss. Their call center customer service is also pretty horrible. Mothers Day notwithstanding, when a company screws up like this, the last thing I wanted was a store credit, and the first thing a frontline should do is to try to make it right and not cause the customer any further grief. Instead, I spent over four hours talking to different CSRs only to always lose the call when they placed me on hold. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor. One who told me she was going to put me to an advocate, instead sent me back into the general call queue I was originally in. By the time that I finally spoke with another individual, he explained that there were absolutely no supervisors on site anywhere. He said his only recourse was to submit a report and to promise me someone would call on Monday; which they did not. So I reached out by FB yesterday. I appreciate that at least they have a somewhat responsive social media team who did respond to my request, and issued a refund. I asked for a return call in my PM to them. Since I have not received it I am posting my complaint in the open for all to see. We feel they OWE an APOLOGY to my widowed Aunt. My parents believe that this APOLOGY should come in an upgraded bouquet of the original flower arrangement that they ordered, sent to my Aunt at their companys expense. I doubt that will happen.

What an absolute rip off. I hesitated several times before ordering from this company. I should have trusted my gut!!!!! Fortunately, I used PayPal so hopefully this will turn out OK. I ordered for Mothers Day (which is tomorrow). I ordered on Friday for SAME DAY DELIVERY and paid extra for that. When the flowers were not delivered, I got a bad feeling. I have called them repeatedly being put into their "absolute nonsense voice response system. They ask you to "say your name then spell it", then press #... then say your order number, then press #, then say your phone number, and on and on. This info then goes into their "system" and someone will get back to me. I left 3 messages, never got a call or an email as promised. Following day (today) here I am on hold for 45 minutes with a number I found with PayPal. I have muzac to keep me company. Every 10 minutes the phone rings 3 times and sends me back to hold... Ridiculous. I emailed them in their "order status" section on their website. They told me my order is enroute. B.S. This is just a nice way of dodging any kind of resolution communication. I will NEVER use this company again. I cannot imagine how, in good conscience, these folks can even call themselves a business. This is outrageous and I cannot believe how ridiculous this is! I WISH I would have had the good sense to read the reviews before I wasted my money. Not only did I waste money, I wasted time, and now I have nothing for my mom on mothers day... I am really bummed about that. I also called their sales department as a work around to see if perhaps someone there could direct me. I spoke with a very polite gentleman who apologized again and again telling me he had absolutely no control over the situation and no other number or place to forward my call. I was nice to him because truly, hes not at fault. So, I am going to cancel my debit card today and work with PayPal in dispute resolution. I wish for all those who have not yet experienced this company to be moved to search for reviews first and save themselves some real heartache. Blessings to all.

If I could give a zero star I would !! Worst experience ever with a florist .... not only would I not recommend them but I go out of my way to tell people to stay away ....... First off I called what I thought was a local florist so I could get personal caring service , my fault for assuming .. I asked the lady that I was talking to to make sure that this could go out the same day she assured me it would and I paid extra for that service .. I explained that it was my mothers 70 Birthday and that she was on Hospice care and would NEVER see another birthday .... I told her I wanted two dozen soft pink roses and pink carnations sum greenery but only pink flowers !! I asked her to please check for the availability , she assured me they have them .... Her birthday comes and goes and no flowers so my mom believes her only child forgot her birthday !!! So I checked my e-mail that said they were processing the order and checked my credit card and it was processed , I gave them my phone number , my moms number , and my dads phone number so they had every way to contact us for any reason...... I called in the am then I found out it was a generic no caring call center that said they would refund me the same day delivery fee .... at this point "so what" .. They said it was a computer glitch ... good answer NOT !!! so the next day she gets the flowers and again huge disappointment the roses were dark reddish pink not soft pink and there were purple flowers not the pink I requested ... I could go on and on angry typing .. But with this company it doesnt matter talking to a wall and a wall that speaks very little English at that .. VERY UNHAPPY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! UNRELIABLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER!!!! We live in Canada, placed a $130 order at 11:00am to be delivered for a 3:00pm funeral in Detroit , paid the additional fee for rush delivery and was guaranteed to be there on time. They must have thought we wouldnt be attending the funereal because the flower arrangement did not show! We even stay a little while after the funeral to see if they would even arrive. After the funeral I tried to contact them but was given the run-a-round always directed to an answering service. Seemed no one was authorized to do anything but take orders. Tracking service on website does not work, I wonder why! Left around 6 messages with no call back. After complaining about non-delivery, I mysterously received 8 emails in a row at 4:55pm saying the flowers were out for delivery (2 hours after the funeral was over) then another email at 7:45(almost 4hours after the funeral) saying they were delivered! Who were the flowers delivered to? The funeral was over!! I dont expect a call back from them at all! Now i have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.......Please buy elsewhere or buy at your own risk, this is a money grab company and they dont care about your loved ones, living or deceased!!!! Very, very disrespectful!!!!
