STAY AWAY!!!! Below is a sample letter that Im having to write to the owner. If you dont want to write a similar letter; stay away. To whom it may concern, First, I want to cancel the order I placed over the telephone yesterday. I spoke with Kathy and placed an order for the Autumn Zen. She quoted me a price of $55.00. I also added a single rose to the order and she quoted me $9.00. She told me tax would be added to the order. At 6.75% the tax on $64.00 equal $4.32 for a total price of $68.32. Kathy told me that I would have free delivery on this order. When I asked her if it could be delivered arond noon; she became very agitated. She told me that for free delivery I would get it before 5:00PM. I soon thereafter found out my wife would be leaving at 3:00 today so I called back and notified a gentleman. He said he would pass along the request to Kathy. I believe she added the delivery fee onto my order without notifying me because I found out this morning that a charge had been initiated by your company in the amount of $99.99. When I called this morning to speak to her, she could offer me no explanation as to the $31.67 discrepency. I told her that I wanted this corrected, and the only recourse she offered me was to email you. Based on reading a prior customer review, I am not confident that Im going to get a response. Now everytime I call back; no one will pick up your business phone. Very fishy. At this time, I would like you to cancel the delivery of the flower arrangement. The arrangement that I ordered was a standard pre-arranged bouquet so you have no added labor or time invested in the arrangement if I cancel. As of this moment, the floweres have not been delivered. If you do not reverse the $99.99 charge, I will forward this email to my credit card company and dispute the charge. NOTE - I have been trying to call this florist all morning with no results. I used a friends cell phone and she called that phone right back. Unbelievable; the games these people are playing. Now lets see if I get my money back.

I have received creative beautiful flowers from Designs by Doe. My fiancé looked them up online when we first started dating, he hasnt sent me flowers from anywhere else in the three years we have been together. The flowers are always fresh and delivered on time! We are looking forward to having them do the flowers for our wedding this February! When my fiancé and I started to discuss where we would get our flowers for the wedding, he suggested Designs by Doe. He called Donna and we set up a meeting to discuss what our image was for our wedding flowers, it went very smoothly. Donna and Allen were full of suggestions and creative ideas; I brought in very simple ideas and they turned them into an amazing product! We booked the wedding only a few months in advance and they had everything ordered, even with a February 18th wedding (right after V-day)! When I arrived at the venues dressing room the day of the wedding all of the flowers to set up perfectly. Each bouquet was placed in its own vase and I ordered 10 of them for myself, bridesmaids and flower girls! They were all put together with a lot of effort and thought! I honestly couldnt have asked for anything better! The centerpieces were placed on the tables for the reception; we received so many wonderful comments about them from friends and family! I couldnt have imagined anything more beautiful! The flowers may seem like a small part to a wedding, but once the day comes and you see the them you then realize how important they truly are; Donna and Allen obviously knew this and made sure they were something to talk about! Thank you so much Donna and Allen, for taking some of the stress of wedding planning off my back and for creating such beautiful designs for our wedding day! I look forward to receiving your flowers for many years to come!

I cannot thank this florist enough. My father is in the hospital in Ohio and I am in Florida. He has never been in the hospital in his life but became so sick with cancer he had to go. Were just those kinda folks that didnt have means for healthcare. My mother is deceased and he just pines for her. I wanted to send him yellow roses. They were moms favorite. Everywhere I tried told me tomorrow. EXCEPT for Donna at Designs by Doe. She went above and beyond. She didnt have yellow roses but managed to obtain yellow roses. I sent a dozen yellow roses she arranged so beautifully in a vase with a light in the bottom to serve as a nightlight in his room. She also prepared a lovely gift bag with a magazine, candy, popcorn, a beautiful card and more. She did all of this and delivered within a couple hours of my call. $142 through Paypal (including delivery and tax for everything) The man who commented before must think shoes are still $5, for custom service this is reasonable sir. She will make your loved one feel like family. She will send you a picture of what your loved one received as well. Who does that!! She is a Godsend. My father loved the yellow roses and stated the light was like mothers love coming to him through the yellow roses. Thanks again Donna, your service is spectacular

One week before my 25th anniversary, i was leaving for the middle east. On the day i was leaving i wanted to make sure my wife had something special on that day. I spent at least 2.5 hours on the internet looking for some help. Every florist that I found was willing to send a box and throw it on the porch or deliver it to the receiving dock. I was going to be out of the country and i wanted to make sure she got it. My last attempt was Designs By Doe Floral Studio. When i explained to Miss Dodson my situation, she pulled her car off the road and made sure i got undivided attention. To make a long story short, she made sure my wife received a one of a kind Display, a custom design chocolate basket and not one but two cards for our anniversary. She even hand delivered it herself and paid the parking downtown. I cant express how grateful i was that she personally handled this for me. If your looking for some flowers to throw on the porch, dont call Designs By Doe. But, if you want a one of a kind masterpiece, she will make sure you are happy. I live in Maryland and googled several local florists in the Columbus, Ohio area today as my niece had just delivered a baby and I wanted flowers to be sent to her. It was already noon and I figured it was too late to get there the same day. On a whim I found "Designs by Doe" and spoke with Doe herself. She assured me it would be delivered today. I told her I wanted something for a baby boy with flowers and something my niece could keep forever in his room . She directed me to the red wagon filled with flowers which is on her website. Doe explained that for a few dollars more I could add Godiva chocolate and a few roses to add color. I went out to run errands, came back two hours later and my sister had already posted a picture of the wagon with the beautiful flowers on her Facebook page. I thought WOW..now that was fast and it was absolutely adorable! I didnt see the chocolate as she said my niece had already eaten it :) Thanks Doe for meeting and exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone.
