I ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers from FTD for our second anniversary. Everything was confirmed for delivery and I thought I was in good hands. All of the sudden, I received an email from FTD saying there was a problem with the order and it would not be delivered until the following day! Since anniversary flowers are basically worthless the day AFTER the anniversary, I immediately called FTD and cancelled the order. At this point, I was calling florist after florist trying to find someone who could take care of me. Over and over, I was getting turned down until I called Utica Florist. Not only was their staff professional and courteous but they were sympathetic to my situation. The order process was very simple and very quick. Utica Florist offered me a much better bouquet of flowers for $13 LESS than what FTD was charging me! Furthermore, the flowers were delivered to my wifes workplace on time. The roses were beautiful, full, and fragrant. Most importantly, they made my wifes day. A great big thanks to Utica Florist for saving the day. Next time Ill make sure to call them first!

Ill be honest, I thought I missed the days of a local florist who always had your order just right when you ordered them. (This didnt seem to be the case with Utica Florist) I ordered some flowers for an 25th anniversary and when they arrived they were nothing like the $85 flower design I picked out from their website. They had spray roses in the design I ordered in which the girl told me would be no problem, come to find out they didnt even have them in stock and didnt know when to expect them and when I called to complain after seeing what I purchased and what than arrived, they had a dont give a care attitude and said they tried their best. I dont understand why I didnt get a phone call saying Hi, we cant make the flowers you chose off our website... is there something else we could send? Instead of just taking it upon their selves to send WHATEVER they could throw together. I wanted something beautiful for a 25th Wedding Anniversary and instead I got saggy red roses thrown in a vase. Very Disappointed and WILL NEVER use this florist again.

Amazing, I had a change in time with the delivery. The gentleman who I was in contact with about the time made it happen. I personally will be coming to this place for my flowers and roses for now on.
