My experiences with Vivianos Florists goes back to 1942. I went to the shop on Cadillac in Detroit with my Aunts to choose flowers for a funeral Since then I continued the tradition with my family for weddings, funerals and just thinking of someone. Because each time we ordered arrangements we were told how lovely they were. I mentioned my hospital stay when my husband of 6 months bought a lovely yellow swan planter with plants and flowers. I still have the swan since 1948 and it was in many pictures taken at our home.We have NEVER been unhappy with their services for funerals or any occasion. Recently flowers were ordered for my husbands funeral and the y wer [ excuse pause- tears just rolled] anyway ~~ they were lovely. The Great and Grands picked certain flowers for inside with the name Poppa because he was special was the comments from the "kids" as well. All I can add is I love my yellow swan which will soon be 69 years old. Thank you to VIVIANOS for adding to many special memories in my life time.

We went in to order a corsage & boutonniere for our 50th wedding anniversary a week ago. The saleslady insisted I have orchids & roses & I told her I really wanted carnations. Then I said I wanted a gold ribbon & she insisted I have this mauve sparkly ribbon.She was very aggressive to tell us what we should have. We go to pick up the flowers today & they both have a deep purple ugly ribbon & not even the ribbon she insisted we have. Both of the pieces were horrible & the women just stood there with no Im sorrys. They acted like they could of cared less. They offered to make another one but for when ? Today was our anniversary ! You only get one chance at a 50th, they just lost a good customer.

From the moment we walked into Vivianos Flower Shop, we felt like they really cared about us. We were there to purchase flowers for our Mothers funeral. They were not aggressive in their sales approach. The sales person was able to answer all of our questions and made some really wonderful suggestions. The flowers they made for the funeral were absolutely stunning. We had more then a dozen visitors tell us they were the most beautiful flowers that they had seen at a funeral.

We used Viviano for our wedding held in June, 2016. They provided excellent service, and went above and beyond, delivering the flowers on time and setting them up properly. If you’re having a wedding, I think you should strongly consider them. That said, I’m deducting one star here for communication. The only way to get ahold of them was to call them on the phone during the day. As a working professional, this was challenging.

Ordered my wedding bouquet through the Van Dyke location and it turned out absolutely beautiful- worth every penny. The consultation was very informative and I was given plenty of time to choose exactly what I wanted. They made the process very simple. When we picked it up, it was packaged very securely and included a vase which was convenient for transporting it after the ceremony. Wonderful experience!

my girlfriend was leaving town and a day before that I called them to place a specific orders and they told me that they would get it done. the next day I come into the stores to pick up my orders and not only did they spell my name wrong making it difficult to locate but the order wasnt even ready. so I ended up not being able to say goodbye to her in a proper way.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered the next day on Valentines day. I asked them to be delivered around 1130 am if possible because my girlfriend started work at 11.They were delivered right on time! And looked awesome. Very happy with the service and i didnt even have to leave my house and was able to surprise my girlfriend. Will shop at Vivianos again.
