I wouldve given them no stars if that were possible. I stopped in their shop today to purchase an arrangement for my wife and have it sent to her work. I had no idea they were an "event florist" as they call themselves. In any case, they seemed eager to "help me" and take my money. All they had available was "white and red roses" which they sold me...whatever. I paid $100 for my arrangement and gave specific instructions with address on where it was to be delivered, as well as what time it needed to be delivered. Around 4 I spoke to my wife (told them it needed to be delivered no later than 4pm) and she was leaving work and had not received any such thing, I called them and their driver was no where even near the location and got lost from the mapquest (IKR?) PRINT OUT that they gave him. Seriously? what delivery person isnt given a GPS nowadays? Who still uses mapquest print-outs? Anyway, after listening to the cluster going on in the background - I called (could literally hear the owner talking to the driver who was no where near the location trying to give him instructions over the phone and getting no where with it), they asked if they could deliver them to my house. In any case, surprise blown, horrible customer service, and took my money even though theyre obviously out of their league with a simple arrangement delivery, in addition like I said limited options. DO NOT GO THERE, my wife says its the thought that counts, but if you want something on a specific date and time, stay away from this place. Heres the thing if they couldnt pull the job off, why did they take it on? just eager to take my money, which theyll never get another shot at that again. Rest assured.

Bellisario went above and beyond to deliver beautiful & bountiful arrangements, bouquets etc. for our wedding this past October. My husband and I were left speechless when we walked in to our reception. Everything was stunning and exceeded all expectations; we knew they would do a great job... but wow... it was so much more! Our head table centerpieces, which were the focal point, were so gorgeous and I tried explaining my idea of them of how I wanted them to look; so I was blown away of how perfect they turned out. Each arrangement big & "small", in addition to the bouquets & boutonnieres, and table decor were very generously done; with more flowers/candles etc. than expected. Ralph, Kim, Jennie & Jim were all wonderful, accommodating & helpful. We are so happy with everything and it is a feeling well never forget walking into the DACs dining room!

Not going with Bellisario’s for my wedding! Before going to Bellisario’s for my appointment, I had heard nothing but good things. I wish my experience was the same. We had an appointment and Ralph acted as if he didn’t have any time for us. My appointment had been made over a week in advance, so it is not like I made it the day of. When we arrive he was on the phone for 10 minutes. Once we were able to introduce ourselves he could have cared less and didn’t even shake our hands. We came in to Bellisario to look at linens. Rather than walk us around the show room, we sat at a table and he pointed at things across the room. I had no idea what he was referring to. I am sure that he does amazing work but he won’t be doing my wedding. I am huge on customer service and that was not included in my experience at Bellisaro!

We hired Bellisario to do the flowers for our wedding. After meeting with them and discussing which flowers we did and did not want and providing photos, I was very upset on the morning of our wedding when the flowers delivered were not at all what we discussed. Delivery of the flowers was on time and went smoothly but the flowers we said we did not want used were in all of the bouquets and many of the centerpieces. I contacted Bellisario after the wedding and received a one sentence response and no compensation. When paying as much money as we did for our wedding flowers, I expect to get what we paid for and we certainly did not. I strongly recommend not hiring them for your wedding or event. Bellisario was worst vendor we dealt during our wedding by far. So disappointing.

Bellisario was simply amazing! Everything was first class - from the bouquets to the center pieces no detail was missed or over looked. I would recommend Bellisario to anyone looking for a quality and dependable florist for any occasion. Everything I wanted and explained to Ralph was executed so perfectly. Bravo! My wedding was the fairy tale Ive always dreamed it would be - thank you Ralph and Jenie YOU GUYS ROCK!

Save your money and heartache and go somewhere else for flowers! All they can offer is clumsy service, lots of mistakes, and awful customer service to back it up.
