Since the store has recently renovated, it is fantastic! Its so much more personal (even though its larger). There is now a fresh pizza oven, lots of freshly prepared healthful meals, a wok and noodle area where the chef makes whatever you want to order. A wine expert and wine tastings, larger selection of heavenly cheeses, the produce has improved, and the fabulous demonstration kitchen where chefs give cooking demos - when the chef isnt there, a large HD screen over the kitchen shows cooking lessons - and theyre creative, innovative recipes! The meat department is amazing and offers a wide selection of marinated kabobs (chicken, beef, shrimp), various flavored salmon burgers, and of course creative hamburgers. This is where I regularly shop and (although the renovation has been a bit trying at times) I have been wow-ed by the extreme make-over that Giant Eagle has invested in here. I never would have thought that Id actually go to the grocery store for lunch! LOL The cheese department has even called me at home to let me know when my favorite cheese would be in so that I could come pick some up - Ive been blown away. Kudos, Kudos Giant Eagle!

I come shop and buy my liquor from this store mare then 4 times a week. Today I went in to grab a drink to make serious Jell-O shots. The short older man that has served me multiple times, yelled at me for reaching to the top shelf to grab a bottle. Then I apologized and went to check out. I walked around a table (and the mans cart) which made it look like I was going to walk out in his mind. He said "dont you dare walk out" which I wasnt at all. My friend told him he was being rude. And he really responded twice as rude. I apologized multiple times. And he made us fell like we never want to shop there again.

Cashier in the liquor department was arrogant and gave me attitude for asking him to ring up six small grocery items on top of my $60 in liquor. I mean, how dare I want groceries from the grocery store...? There was one person in line behind me that I offered to go ahead of me. She declined so he rang me up. Smart ass comments the entire time. If you dont want people checking out groceries in the liquor line say so or put up a sign. Save the attitude for someone who cares. My family and I will spend our grocery money somewhere with more friendly service.

The level of service here is second-to-none. Chef Jerry on the cafe side is one of the nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, and he even stayed open late to make me an order of delicious Pho, which he surely didnt have to do. Its the little things like that. that separates this store from its competition. Keep up the good work!

They are super slow beacuse there is always 500 people a day filling their prescriptions. If you dont like it go somewhere else so i can start getting mine faster :) Oh and the best thing about them is they always get your stuff right. And if there is nobody in line then you get your prescription in no time!

We used to go here each week for Sushi. One week ago we went and everything seemed different (selection, pricing, labeling and taste). I sent a nice email asking if anything changed and no one responded. This tells me no one cares. I will not go there anymore.

Giant Eagle Market District locations are all about the shopping experience. Every one Ive been to is amazing in terms of selection and service. Prices arent as competitive as Walmart, but the experience doesnt compare.

This place is a complete rip off. Dont forget your Giant Eagle card or prepare to have the bank take your house. Good thing Acme its going in up the street. It might have a small effect on this monopoly.

The new Giant Eagle in Green is fantastic. Especially the food court. The Friday night 6 for $6 is amazing. 6 appetizers, 6 wines, 6 bucks! And its every week!

The store is your basic lack luster grocery store. I am Ultra Pro Dr. but the Rx seem ok good for me. My only complaint is the sewage smell of the enterance way.

Best place to shop. Clean with knowledgable staff and multiple options to get hot food inside. Love music on Saturdays, great beer and wine selections.

Great shopping experience. But you definitely pay for it. They try and fool you with half baked sales that arent really sales.
