We went in for a 72" rolling tool box. The cost was over $1000. I found a 20% off coupon on THEIR website. I read all the fine print and this brand was not excluded on this coupon. When we finally found an employee, we asked and without even finishing our sentence he claimed the coupon wasnt good on that item, as it clearly was. We left and they lost out on a $1000 sale... nice customer service and sales goals.

Lousy customer service. I brought several items to the counter to pay for and one of them didnt have a sticker. The clerk "Eddie" then proceeded to inform me I would need to go back to where I got the item to get another with a sticker. So I did because I needed the item. All this while there were 5 people in line behind me. I wont be back.
