Dear Jiang Zhu, I really enjoyed your gumball story! I didnt realize gumballs were attracted to lawnmowers. Then again, I guess there is a first for everything. Hey, by any random chance.... do you know what bin they threw your money in? Im sure all of Ace Hardwares LOYAL customers/employees would absolutely love to find it for you. To your response of everyone being racist, is just simply not true. We dont care what nationality/religion you are, we will GLADLY accept everyones money and business. We are very sorry that your lawnmower is still broken after being in our shop several different times. Might I suggest, making sure your lawnmower/equipment are properly placed in a covered shelter from all types of weather. In doing so, you will preserve the lifetime of ALL your equipment...From all of us at Ace Hardware, we hope you have a FANTASTIC day, and will always be here if you need anything else.!!! :)

I sent my lawn mower there twice and the first time they said there was a gumball jammed in there and when they sent it back it was broken. Then this week I got it back again and its still broken and the motor wont start up this store is a scam and rip off. My money was thrown in the bin like that? They are liars with horrible customer service and they put random stuff in ur machinery and destroy them. Or maybe they are just racist! Yeah you heard me racist! And I know that ace hardware will be reading this so delete it if u want to. I dont give a crap.

had 2 pieces of equipment for over 6 weeks; never called. when I call to check in, was told they werent worth fixing. I asked why I wasnt notified and service tech had no answer. Zero customer service skills. dont waste your time with these ya-hoos

Unfortunately I will never come here again. Ive tried twice to support a smaller company but I guess Ill just have to go back to Lowes. Takes forever to buy anything, people are not helpful. Frustrating
