Service rep told me I needed to call customer care, then wished me luck in dealing with them if I get a "foreign customer service rep," complete with his interpretation of a stereotypical Indian telemarketer. As if that wasnt enough, he then said if Im able to sweet talk them I should be able to have my problem resolved. I can only hope the poor woman he was training realized that he is not a role model for good customer service.

This is the only store I will go to from now on. After being completely ripped off by a third-party store, the store manager here helped get my account straightened out. He even called the third-party store and told them what to do to fix my account because everyone there was incompetent. I wont ever go to another Sprint store other than this one.

Horrible customer service. I went in there to get iPhone 7 plus and two representatives sat in the corner and did attend to my needs. I ask to upgrade they said I need call the store to see if we have them. Then the representative caught a attitude said I know whats going on in this store. So I said okay and left.

David Workman is a fantastic employee at this location. He helped me along the process of getting a new phone and was extremely nice. I recommend going to him for any of your needs at sprint. Got the new iPhone 7 and was out of there within 20 min

Tony the manager would not help. Very rude, sent me to another store and wouldnt sell me a phone. I asked if he would call sprint for help and he said no. 6 hours of trying to buy a phone now I give up. Here I come Verizon, and so should you.

Sent me to other Sprint store in RIDGE Park Square. This store needs to know that they are sending you to a store that doesnt know what customer service is all about. They are not qualified to work for Sprint. . Poor customers service.

They are always busy. The wait time is long. But whenever you get someone to help you, they try to sell you a new deal or a phone. The staff is nice and somewhat helpful, but it takes a lot of time.
