Is it "this younger generation", poor management or what, had to continually interrupt people too busy stocking shelves, to help customers, to ask questions. Finally found THE expert, whos ONLY solution to my varied craft questions was "hot glue gun". Found an entire aisle of items i was interested in, was unmarked, also had to direct other customers to t price scanner. Male cashier never broke stride from hitting on a coworker chick for a hello, thank you or a good bye. Wish i could say, wont be back, but well see.

Hustled N Flow

I actually live closer to the Cape Coral location, but choose to Drive the distance to this location for the exceptional customer service. I went in today for the Canson sketch book sale, and was surprised when the associate went through multiple boxes just to find a specific size I wanted, really customer service at its finest. Besides the amazing service, I found that this location also carries some supplies I didnt find at the Cape store, such as Liquitex spray paint, and Montana acrylic markers.

The manager and his staff were excellent in going above and beyond to ensure that I had all of the supplies needed for an upcoming wedding. The products were not available in store, so they checked local shops, and called me the next day with the items ready for pick-up. I was very impressed by the level of customer care and attention. Avoid going during the lunch hour, but outside of that, there is always staff touring the facility ready and willing to help.

Great looking store, but we went to the Saturday in store activity...the host of the event had her back to the door, so i stood there patiently with a four year old for at least ten minutes when a mom with three was greeted the moment she walked in the door. My daughter then got upset and didnt want to be in the extremely hot classroom anymore. Wont ever go to this location again unless i dont need any assistance. Very unprofessional employees

Abysmal customer service. Called for an item before we came. They said they had it. When we got there they looked at us like we were crazy and treated us like dirt. As if they were doing us a monumental favor by failing to help in any way. Never going back.

Outstanding selection for all arts and craft projects, check your coupons that they give you with your receipt. They will often give you a 40% off that is nice for more expensive items. Staff is always fabulous to deal with and very helpful.

My wife used to work for this company several years ago. She busted her ass for them and was treated like trash. That was when they where in the former location close to Best Buy. Her boss was Randy. A real "A" hole!!!!!

This Michaels has a particularly great floral department. Their designer, Jan Clark, does outstanding custom arrangements. The rest of their staff is also usually very helpful and friendly.
