It is sad to say that I NEVER go to any of the store in the Fort Myers area. I actually drive all the up to Brandon (Tampa area) to get the best and accurate service. I have never in the 10 years of being with Sprint had any problems up until a few months ago. I brought my phone in because it was holding a charge. The "sale representative" told me it would be worthless to fix my phone because its so old that youre going to continue to have problems no matter what. If I had not listened to him I would still have a great phone and none of the hell that Ive been through. The man first told me he would save me $40 on my bill and also get me a better phone that would never run out of space. First lie was saving me $40; when i got my bill I only saved $10. It took 3 months to get Sprint to help me out and get my bill right, but then I find out the phone I thought I bought under a contract was an absolutely lie. Im not under a contract (which is what I wanted), but instead a leasing program where I lease the phone and can cancel my plan at any time with an extreme cost. I find out after my bill was fixed and after having the time to first understand how to use my phone completely that I absolutely hate it. I contacted the online chat and they said I had to go back to the store to dispute this issue. So now I have to drive all the way out of my way back to a store that Ive always hated state my story all over again for probably the 5th time in hope that they will compromise with me. I dont understand how hard it is. When a person wants to commit to a company for 2 years and select a phone of their choice!! Why wouldnt they compromise. Best advice I can give... Dont waste your time going to this store for any reasons. Not even to get your phone fixed. And if you want to renew your contract or change your plan contact Sprint through chat. There everything is guaranteed. I have nothing, but negative things to say about this store except I hope they will one day have competent people working their, not con-artist. SCREW YOU SPRINT STORE!!!

Sorry that some have not had a good experience. For me it was unbelievably good. I had been with Sprint for years, we had dumb phones … my wife needed a smart phone …. and instead of stopping in at Sprint in Cape Coral first we went to T Mob. I was fed misinformation … like they would pay my last bill from Sprint plus the total monthly cost would be X amount. The cost was $50 higher plus oh yeah, they pay the final Sprint bill, but you have to pay it first then you get reimbursed about two months later. I stopped at Sprint on Andrea Ln in Ft Myers, and Jamie there hooked me up with a plan that cost far less and gave us far more. Of course they have a special going on right now for defectors from T Mob, etc. Way to go Sprint! Smart business strategy and my experience at this store couldnt have been better. I wish they could streamline the processing, but overall it was great. My stepdaughter Johanna needed a chip to get her iPhone working … that was the reason why we stopped there. Not only did she get the chip, she is now with a superior company. And the cost for adding her phone to our plan is only $10 per month.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Was In process of upgrading phone. Phone was inspected and 7 plus iphone was ordered, at time of inspection phone has small damage to side frame. Wrong phone was ordered with wrong named tagged so after waiting 7 weeks to find that out my phone broke in the interim. I attempted to pay damage trade in fee through store that ordered new phone. I was told I could not and had to take the phone elsewhere to be fixed and then return with it in condition it was inspected in. I spend $117 having screen fixed and bring it in to same sprint store and am told I have to buy the phone outright ($158) before new phone can be exchanged. JAIMEE STOKES (manager) and NOEL LAURENTI are staff members located at the fort myers florida store on Andrea lane. Both lied directly to my face, both insulted in the presence of other customers and staff, both expressed disdain for sprint by telling me I am out of contract and can take my business elsewhere. As a local business owner I will never shop at this location again and this experience has further tarnished the poor image of sprint I and my family already have.

WORST STORE EVER, terrible customers service all they do is give you the run around. I brought a Samsung s5 from an area mall , and a month later the mic went out. So went to this store because its the closes to my house. They told me that its was the mic and they cleaned it .But they could only fix it if I had insurance or pay $75.00 . So I went and called the support and they helped me out by putting the insurance on the device that day and he told me that I can go in today . So I went to this store the same day and they told me that I would have to wait 30days. Here I am with a phone that doesnt work and I have been a loyal customer since 1999. Prior to this I called and asked if they sold a phone charger and cord for my son iPhone 5 with plug and the man on the says yes . So my husband drives over asks for it and guess what they dont have the plug all they have is the charger. I just wish they would train there employees better. Very unhappy customer. I think I will drive that extra 2-3 miles were they have better customer and better knowledge of there services and products.

I stood around for an hour because they only have two seats in the store...Then I was told by an 80 year-old man who couldnt figure out how to operate his own ipad that he couldnt help me replace my brand new Galaxy S8+ with a malfunctioning touch screen because it was "corporates job". I asked him, "So basically you can do nothing for me?" and he replies, "Yes". I would recommend not giving your business to these incompetent fools who clearly dont think beyond their next paycheck and really couldnt care less about the customer.

I went to buy a phone for my daughter last weekend, the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager Jose was involved with customers and his staff to make sure everybody was well taken care of, I was surprised when they did an analysis of my plan just to find out I could be saving around $80 a month on a different plan, I expressed my satisfaction to each one of them, I would recommend this store to anyone, Top notch customer service.

Going in there today, usually I have had good service, but according to a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE they feel my phone has been tapped into. They found it before lets see if it is again. If it is, going to bring a suit against this person tapping in. ONE STAFF member there is fantastic, hope he is still there............
