I wish I could give a negative rating, BUT it obviously wont allow that. I bought a car off of Fullers on March 1, 2017 a Chevy Equinox. It seemed to run GREAT for the first week and a half... THEN, I noticed that I had NO heat, I added radiator fluid thinking that it was low. NOPE, that wasnt the case I had no heat again after a day and checked the coolant again and realized that something wasnt right. I might be a female, but Im not stupid by any means what so ever for when it comes to vehicles. I called and told Fullers what the problem was on day 11 after buying their vehicle, they told me they couldnt help me and I signed their contract/lease. I was also told by Debbie that I MUST HAVE ran the car on hot and it was MY FAULT that caused a blown head gasket. THIS car NEVER got HOT... NOR did I appreciate the attitude that I got from what is supposed to be a professional atmosphere. I bought this car because I needed a RELIABLE vehicle for all the trips I make back and forth to Akron Childrens for my disabled son, which they knew about it ahead of time... These people have no care in the world they are ONLY out to screw people!! These people suck, they are NOT out to help their customers out what so ever. They sell LEMONS!!!

I have gotten 2 vechiles from here and they have been awesome and planning on a 3rd one here in a month or so after my wife pays her van off, I will always do my business here and they are quick to help you if you have a problem with the vechile if you tell them quick enough
