I Have never buy a car from a dealership and after a experience like this one I dont think I will ever buy from a dealership like this. Next time I will take my business to a well known and better rated dealership. I was looking for a bmw and found one I really liked at this dealership because of the color was the only reason I loved the car so much. I found the same exact car with less miles at another dealership for the same exact price I wish I would of have taken it. The headache from this dealership wasnt worth it. First off if they tell you that the car comes with warranty for 30 days dont hold your breath you might pass out before they validate your warranty. Second off dont believe a word that comes out of Jason the sales reps mouth. He is so good at what he does he really does fit the part of a used car dealership really sucks he couldnt be a doctor or Mechanic. We all know how they tell the truth. Anyways on to my experience I never had to finance a car so I didnt know what to do hoping the dealership would of have explained it to me they told me its a easy process go to the bank get approved bring the paperwork back to them and drive off with the car. It was a friday around 2 in the afternoon I went to the bank because jason told me that the lady was waiting on me to sign papers. After rushing over to the bank I was told that she didnt have anything ready because she didnt know I was even coming she told me it was take at least 24 hours to put everything together. I went back to the dealership and told them what happen they insisted I take the car and that I can come back tomorrow and sign paper work. I firmly said no I am not taking a car until its officially mines. I live a hour away from the dealership I went home and came back the next day to the bank. After finishing up with the lady at the bank i asked her 3 times is this all I need to do she said yes. I then brought the paperwork to the dealership. They made me sign paperwork with them and I was done i drove the car home. So I taught. On weds the owner and jason called me and cussed and yelled at me to bring there car back or they would call the cops they claim I didnt give them the correct paperwork for the car and that I stole there car. They called me while i was at work I told them I was busy and couldnt talk I will call them right back when I am free. They said they were coming to my job to pick up the car. When I called the bank she told me it was a bank error I asked her to call the dealership and let them know. She did and they still accused me of stealing there car. Two weeks after having the car the transmission started kicking. I never took the car back Thats now bad of a experience I had with these guys They are friendly to get your business and take your money but could care less bout you once they got that. IF you ask me its like a ex girlfriend and I am sorry I dont do reruns on t.v. so wont be doing it in real life.

DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! I got a car from them in February, I took it back to them 7 days later because of the starter. After they fixed it, I had return back to them in 2 weeks because of the breaks. That's when I finally met the rude, nasty, unprofessional manager Mario. He is horrible at doing business!!!! The mechanics are just as worse!!!!! I asked if there is ANYTHING else that needs to be done to the car. The mechanics said they don't know. And I ask if they could check the car before I leave off the lot again! Mario bluntly told me I'm wasting their time and the car was a good car! WRONG!!!! In June the transmission slipped and they couldn't fix it so I had to pay 1600 to fix it while still making a car payment! 3 months later the engine went bad. I was done stressing about a car that I had less then a year. I returned it and bought one elsewhere!!! Please don't go here!!!!!!!

All good and dandy, But will snatch your vehicle in a heartbeat. I just experience the most horrible car buying ever. These ppl isnt compassionate nor understanding. They dont wait for u too get back to them.at all. They just do and its horrible. We just losted $1200 for a lemon car that was originally sold to us in tge first place. The transmission is actually slipping, all tge srevice lights coming on constantly and frankly the vehicle was really sold as is... Theses ppl put on a smile to get your money, than snatch away the vehicle.I ADVICE AGAINST GOING HERE FOR A VEHICLE IF YOU ON A FIXED INCOME OR A PERSON WITH HEALTH ISSUES. I SHOULD OF WENT BACK TO CREDIT CARS WERE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILVEHICLEAM OUT OF 1200 AND A VEHICLE. THEY BRIBE PPL TO POST POSTIVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND IN THE BBB FOR PPL TO COME IN. SO OTHERS WOULDNT KNOW THE TRUTH BOUT HOW THEY DO BUSINESS THERE. BEWARE BEWARE BUYER BEWARE

The staff at Auto Park Corp were very friendly and helpful. They sold me my very first car. Luis, the salesman, listened keenly to what type of car I wanted and he was able to show me cars that I was really interested in. I was surprised at how well he analyzed which car would fit my personality! In addition, due to financial reasons, I was not able to get approved with their bank. However, Auto Park did not give up. They searched for another bank that could comply with my financial situation and they were successful! So now, I own a reliable, smooth-running used car. I should also say that I received a complimentary car fax report. After about two weeks of driving the car, I realized that my two back tires were losing air. I brought the car back to Auto Park and they fixed the two tires free of charge. I am so thankful that I decided to do business with auto park.

If you appreciate your hard working money do not go here to spend it. These are the biggest crooks in the auto buisness. I bought a Dodge Durango from auto park a month ago. The car overheated right after the test drive it took them two weeks to fix u a radiator they provided a loaner that kept shutting off on i4 I demanded to have the car that I purchased well I got my wish and it Ititerally died in my driveway while I was still under "warranty" I call to demand my money back and was told the owner can not speak with me and two days later they showed up to my home to pick up there car but did not return my money. Please believe that I have a law suit going right to them. People work hard for there money and should not be treated like this I basically rented two busted cars for the month for a thousand dollars.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Purchased a vehicle here a week after I purchased the vehicle the front drivers side tire came completely off the vehicle because the CV Joints were bad and the Transmission went out because it was a total LEMON and was sold on a Salvaged Title. Contacted them about getting the vehicle fixed or finding a replacement vehicle because I was 60 miles away from home. Instead they told me that I had failed to make 2 payments which I was told I had 45 days til my 1st payment was due and then they repod the car. So now Im out alot of money and have no vehicle and have a repo on my credit. They also tried to charge me $20 for a temp tag for the vehicle when I first got it. These guys will lie cheat and steal to sell you a piece of crap car.
