You know I was going to go on here and go through everything Ive been through with Motor Car Auto Sales. But Ill keep it brief: Bought the car last Friday, drove it home an noticed many problems, next morning I had oil on the floor of my garage, was promised a resolution which forever kept changing and after spending $7,900 for a car at their dealership, I have a car that wont start, leaks oil and the headlights keep flickering. I was promised a tow truck would be to me no later than today and no one showed up, I texted Saud at 4:17pm and he did not respond until 10:27. Before them I had written an unfavorable review but then changed it once he got back to me. He saw the first review and I told him that because no one showed up or got back to me, I wrote the review but then changed once he explained his Dad had issues and he was tied up. He then texted me that he "was willing to go above and beyond" to fix by vehicle but since I was so unreasonable, Im on my own. I am reasonable and certainly understand everyone has things to deal with. I take care of my Mom. I still dont think a simple text a little earlier to let me know that no one was coming is too much to ask. After all, I did take the day off from work to be here, yet Im the unreasonable one. I really dont think I have to say anymore. I have been saving for a very long time to buy a "new" used car and this certainly was not the experience I was looking for. How anyone could sell someone a car with that many problems and then do nothing about is absolutely stomach turning to me. I could never do that to my worst enemy.

Suad is a liar! He will tell you everything is fine with the car hes selling and give you his word that he stands behind his vehicles he sells and that he is a 5 star dealer. This couldnt be further from the truth. He will not do anything about a problem you have after the sale, he will tell you he will just to get you to buy the car but will dodge your phone calls and not refund any portion of your purchase price even though he said he would. These are the type of people that give auto dealerships a bad reputation. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this liar, eventually his actions will catch up to him and he will be out of business!

Saud is great! When I first got my car he helped me through the process of getting my car and everything went smooth. My car unfortunately got hit and was a hit and run in my complex, no one was in the car thank God but we kept in contact for everything, the insurance, the claim, even when I needed help paying my insurance and the office was closed he helped me get in contact with a representative and was able to pay my bill. Now he is helping me get into a new vehicle! Thank God I came to him first when I did my car shopping, if not then I think everything would have been completely different. Great team! Thank you Saud!!

Worst car buying experience ever!!! purchased a car here and got ripped off! soon as I left the lot the car started overheating.. so I brought the car back and had my mechanic look at it in front of the manager ,he inspected the engine and the head gasket was blown. when he showed it too the manager he tried to say I caused the damage after only driving it 3 days! When I asked for a refund of my deposit..he refused to return it and was disrespectful and gave me attitude,I suggest that you take your mechanic with you when you purchase a car here or just save yourself a headache and stay away from this dealership.

When I came there looking for the car I saw on the website it was THE CAR on the website. No modifications to he picture and anything to "make" the car look good. Very friendly service and advice without feeling the common "dealer pressure" most dealerships give. Test driving was not a hassle but a comfortable experience. In the future I would definitely buy another car from here and recommend anyone looking for fair non-complicated financing to get a vehicle from here, especially if its your first car. 10/10!

Hey, to everyone out there whos looking for a great truck/ van or whatever type of car, go to Motor Car Sales on OBT, ask for Saud and Imran, you will not be disappointed. Great deals, reliable vehicle and the customer service is outstanding. Trust me! I just paid off my 3rd vehicle which is a truck. I was been happy everytime. And for the future when I want another vehicle guess where Im going: damn right "Motor Car Sales". Go!! I guarantee you will be happy.
