I was curious about the reviews on this particular Salvation Army and I must agree with the previous one. They have always had a fairly decent selection, but honestly, their prices are getting ridiculous. I chuckled out loud to myself while in the store on my most recent visit when I noticed an aged flower vase at $20. LOL, no thanks. I could buy a brand new one for much less :) With all due respect, not everything coming through the door of a thrift store is a precious antique.

I was deeply surprised at the toys they had here, furniture, household items and clothes. Everything was placed with thought and the store was clean. I was able to find a swimming suit and a super huge doll house for my oldest daughter and a toy for baby. The sales were awesome! And I did love the Speedway that was not even 20 feet away from this store!

At most other Salvation Army stores you are able to negotiate on prices that you feel are unreasonably high. The Mentor Salvation Army store charges retail, or even higher, prices for second hand goods with prices set in stone. While I do support the Salvation Army and its other programs, I find this pricing scheme to be unreasonable.

Pretty good, prices are midline, similar to those at the goodwill in mayfield, but a far cry from those of the (now closed) "Unique" thrift store at Warrensville in Randal, though. If anyone knows of a place that is similar in quality and pricing to that one please message me and let me know!! Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing! I love how much variety of clothing they have for both men, women and children. I love the furniture they put out along with the houseware accessories. Its always clean when you come in and the staff is very helpful! This is my go to store for everything!

This Salvation Army location is an average store. Their selection of merchandise is not quite as good as some other stores but it is usually pretty decent. I would expect more things to be nice here given that it is in Mentor but the clothes are not as nice as some other locations.

A relatively good selection. More expensive than other thrift shops in the area, but still not too bad. The store is messy and difficult to navigate. I like the knick-knack section more than the clothes, honestly. This is an absolutely amazing place for ugly Christmas sweaters.

I picked up two very good long sleeve shirts for 10 bucks, I dont know what others think are good prices but even a decent shirt at a Walmart is 15 bucks thats an easy 30 bucks. In todays stagnant economy of no raises any means necessary to cut costs.

Some of there items are a great price, but others are expensive for some reason. Especially non clothes items. They had a 10 inch VCR/TV combo for $35. Really? They dont seem as friendly as the other stores. But its better then nothing.

I dont even need to go there. All of them are the same, coast to coast. What gets me is all that stuff they charge those high prices for was given to them for nothing. Free. Kinda makes them a bunch of hypocrits.

One must understand that when donating to or buying from the Salvation Army that they are a charity. Actually, a much better charity than many of the others out there. I challenge you to do your own research.

Adorable! Lovely experience, always spend a ton of money there and it isnt even remotely expensive! Things are priced more evenly than goodwill, item by item rather than collectively. Xoxo

Found out that every Wednesday is half-price day. Half price on any colored price tag, not the white tags. Found a lot of nice Planters to use for my succulent container gardens.

This is not a charity. This is a for profit organization. If you really want to feel like you are helping people with your purchase then head down the street to the Goodwill.

Nice staff, good selection of clothes. Only downfall is most clothes are local sports teams and such. Hard to find quality but lots of quantity.

Good prices. A bit dishoveled in the appliance and toy sections but overall a lot of things to find.
