The customer service is HORRIBLE THEY ARE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS ALONG WITH THE CHILDREN, and it happens everytime i go in there! I listen to how they talk to customers and managers do nothing, I donate every month to this tore HR need to be called!!!! store No more..they play christian music and act like the devil to people who dont deseve it and i dont write reviews but enough is enough if i go in there 4times a month atleast 2times i see customers being treated like trash, they need to check there cashiers especially ,a couple great ones the others are hateful, and i prayed to stay calm after watching this last time , But people like me donate an shop which is how they can feed their family but some Employees and Managers should be fired , HR should be called in!!!!

The pricing is very odd and is likely done by multiple people with different opinions. Saw two of the same trays and realized one was marked $9.95 (which was crazy high for a plastic trey) & the other was only $2.95. Some things are way overpriced while others are way underpriced, like the silver cake cutting set for $1.95 - score! It was badly tarnished which is the only reason I could think for the low price. I briefly looked through the clothing and saw lots of nice thing and a few even with tags, but again odd pricing. They have some neat stuff amongst lots of junk which is the beauty of thrift shopping. Its like a treasure hunt! Unfortunately I dont like the inconsistencies in pricing and that they only take cash. It limits the customers.

This place has high prices, but doesnt test there electronics and toys. Beware, they are selling broken items with no cost difference. They dont accept returns either on broken electronic items like an equally awful organization, Goodwill. Also, they supposedly support veterans, but dont give veterans a discount. They also have some of the most unprofessional employees around who dont even know the stores own discount policies. Please stay away, so this place can get its act together and really start doing things the right way. Last but not least, they dont accept credit or debit. They have one ATM that charges $2.50 for each withdrawal.

Ive been going to this store since high school (Back when it was on beach blvd) and its the most magical thrift store in the universe. You may not find what you needed, but you will find everything you could ever want. Some of my best purchases have come from this store. Ive also never had a problem with anyone who works there, though I tend not to make small talk to the floor people since they do have a job to do. I do wish they would get those little square credit card readers, though. Being able to use credit and debit would make that store all the better.

I start off by saying that this is a business and they have paid employees, with that said: What I find on "SALE DAY" senior/%50 off day. If the sale is all green, yellow and lets say blue, you wont find many of those color tags, you will find more and more of the other color tags, thats not apart of the sale day. Like I said at the start of this post, its a business! Its still a bargain place on many items.... I just wish they would be "honest" upfront, rather than the Cat and Mouse game. Many of the staff people are not very pleasant in attitude.

This place is ok. Has some cute items at decent prices. Kind of ridiculous that they dont have any fitting rooms to try anything on. Money is money and I am not going to waste it just to get a discount on something that I bring home only to find it doesnt fit correctly. Their shoes are ridiculously priced and when I found a pair of loafers I wanted to purchase, they had punctured the leather to put their anti-theft tag on. Needless to say, did not purchase. Way to respect the clothes that people donate.

Pros: Large, clean and well organized. Large selection of nice clothes. Everyday is a tag sale! Cons: Cash only (ATM fee $2.50), no dressing rooms (and all sales are final!) and if it isnt priced they will not sell it to you. I can deal with it being a cash only store but you have to have dressing rooms, especially if there are no refunds and the bulk of your merchandise is clothing. I would have spent around $75 today in clothing but since I couldnt try the jeans on, I only spent $5.00.

The prices are way too high for this to be a thrift store not to mention they dont take credit or debit cards! They have the cash registers in there from the 60s! They have an ATM that charged $5 to get money from! I got money from the ATM to pay for my purchase which was way too high and it still wasnt enough I ended up having to put some of my things back! Dont go there you may as well buy your things brand new for the price youll pay here! Why even have a color tag sale!

Oh my damn.....this thrift store has ruined me from being able to just buy a $5.00 shirt at target because I know I can get a brand name, unique, new, or nearly new shirt for half that price.......yeah so it pretty much goes without saying that this is by far the absolute BEST thrift store I have ever been to....they put all the rest to shame. I refuse to even walk into a goodwill or the salvation army...mm

Very organized, Prices are a little high, products are donated, management need to consider this to make prices cheaper. Lot of us buy to donates to churches, some homeless, and need Family therefore, high prices limited our potential. Most workers must be encouraged to learn & speak English though we embraces other languages but this is America , English speaking foundation Country/Soverign.

For a thrift shop this place is great. I like how the clothes are nicely sorted by color and type, not size. All items have prices. Prices tend to be a bit on the high side for a thrift store. If something is super cheap, couple check it most likely it is damaged, stained, has holes or some other defect. But overall great shop and easy to navigate!

I love this place! Seniors do too, especially on Wednesdays. Senior Citizens get their own discounts every Wednesday! There is so much to choose from and they always feature different color tagged sale items. Remember: Bring cash because that is the only form of payment. Just in case you forget, they have an ATM. Happy shopping!
