My mother in law bought horrible styled clothes for my 6 month old, some even too small. So i was making a return with reciept and all. I suppose a piece of clothing still had an ink tag on it, which prompted the checkout girl to call over a manager. The manager then refused to accept my whole return and told me to leave the store. When asked why, all he could do is point to the return policy behind him which states he has the right to refuse any return that he wishes. He then stormed off. Completely rude and uncalled for. I will save some embarrassment and not be back. The moral of the story, for you, is: be sure they get all those ink tags off your purchase.

Marshalls is really magic, the first time I went I had the feeling being Ali Baba in the cave of the forty thieves, colorful treasures on the floor for almost free and coming from everywhere so if you hit its door said open sesame because you will be really in Ali Babas treasure store, enjoy !

First let me say I LOVE Marshalls...but what I Miss most of all is the Lay Away and tbe petite section. That buyer back in the day was tbe Best. Ill still shop there, but please give that some thought....Good Day

Terrible customer service. Contentious sales staff. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, unaccommodating. Its a struggle to return items even with a receipt; they only want to give you store credit.

Great prices but terrible lines. Always have to wait 10 min to check out. They place security buttons on all of their merchandise and it slows down the checkout process.
