Pros: One of the best Walmarts Ive been to in several states, in terms of cleanliness, appearance, class, quality of clientele, and location. Cons: Even after the recent major store re-set that took place, Im still seeing the same old problems I used to face (which I was told by a manager would be fixed or greatly lessened by the re-set completion). Things are constantly out of stock, due in large part to things being stocked wrong. I used to work in retail, so shopping here drives me nuts. I cant even tell you how many times Ive literally taken the time to fix things being in the wrong places so that theyll properly order in the item that I want. Also, the selection is always shifting. All of a sudden, something youre used to buying every week disappears, never to be seen again. Please, shoppers like CONSISTENCY - I dont want to play guessing games every week if Ill be able to get what I need or not. Bottom Line: If youre going to shop at Walmart, this is still probably your best bet, even with the stocking issues. Me personally though, weve already changed most of our shopping to Aldi, Native Sun, and Publix, and probably will try to switch the rest too so we dont have to deal with these frustrations any more.

What little help I can find comes with an attitude. Lots of vagrants near the parking lot exits and roaming the parking lot. They seem to carry everything other Walmarts do but with a little something extra, a rude disposition. The nicest person we have come across in the last year was in childrens clothing and spoke little English. With my broken Spanish and her broken English she scoured the aisles trying to help us find what we need. Worth it to drive to a different Walmart if you will need assistance. I regret every time we have to walk in this store. I noticed some gnats or flies in the produce area. I picked up a yam and tossed it back and a cloud of gnats came from the whole. I stopped my shopping and left my cart. I called for a quote from the Deli and the lady refused to even give a rough estimate because she didnt want to weigh out one pound and spoke as if I were too ignorant to know that the quantity of chicken varies per pound from order to order. I didnt have the problem when I called a different Walmart store or Publix. Some people learn their lessons the hard way. I FINALLY GOT THIS ONE... "SHOP AT A DIFFERENT WALMART"... LESSON LEARNED!

This store needs way better customer service, employees that work and not chat with other employees while on the job and do acknowledge customers. I will not come back to this store til that changes and I will make sure to pass the word to others I know how bad this place is. Also, remember this is close to I95 you get people from all places. step up the customer service and get better management. The management is pretty bad. They do not even acknowledge customers. When you look at employees makes you not want to shop there with there serious looks and not even able to smile. There are a few employees that try and they look like they get treated like crap. I never complain, but today was the last straw. Thank you and hope you work to get this store in a better friendlier and get those prices to match the merchandise. Have had to take way too many trips to that pathetic Customer Service that is as slow as heck and they talk way too much and joke around, but not work.

I went to Wal-Mart. Although the the employees were rude dirt bags and gave absolutely zero f×cks about what I needed help with. They did have the moble microwave I needed for my truck in stock. An employee did clean the poop off the toilet and throw away the used needles that littered the floor so I could to leave a deposit in the porcelain thrown. But he forgot The toliett paper. Luckily he did not trash The oxycodone perception bags that were on the floor. The subway smelled like fresh horse manure. The nice Wal-Mart employees were spraying air freshener and apologizing for subways bad fridge. Then while leaving, I was offered a blowjob for $7 by the girl who was the same one asking for money at the door when i came in. Ofcourse walmart was out of my size condoms. But they offered me a free plastic bag and rubber band. The cart pusher hit my truck with his carts. But, the manager have me 10 percent off my next order. Thanks Wally World.

Today is Nov.29 2013. I call your store for a question that they might beable to answer for me and got the rudest person on your schedule. Then asked to speak with the manger and she told me none was on duty, then i sked her what was her name and she told me store operator.I hang up and called back and ask again to with the store manger she gave the phone to somone named GMS ANDREA and she was just as rude as the other person she even said to me on the phone when i said how rude they were being OMG like i was a problem to her. When i asked for the other persons name she said HER NAME IS SHUNITA the reason the cap letters is she she stressed in other words both your employees was GHETTO.And looking at your reveiws online you guys need to tighten up. The time that i called with a real simple question was at 4:30pm.I have never been a shamed of my on race a day in my life until now.......

Convenient location. However, by far the worst Walmart when it comes to: a) customer service: Every time Ive gone to svc counter only 1 person helping customers even when line stretches 20-30ft around th corner) b) Money Center: Of the doz times I needed to use the Money Ctr, its only been open twice, so I had to wait in line at th cust svc counter (see above!) c) cashiers: They NEVER have enuf lines open! The lines are ALWAYS at least 5 to sometimes 10 deep. If you get frozen or dairy items, (at opposite ends of store) be sure to get them very last, and/or use those cold food bags to keep it from thawing or reducing its life (dairy products) and finally, d) While many employees are friendly, this store has MORE than its share of rude and even prejudiced employees.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Always out of stock on multiple items and do mean multiple for like a whole month. Employee could walk right past you in the store including managers and not say a single word to you. When you ask about a item that is not on the but they normally carry. Rather then them checking to see if they have it in stock they will say if its not on the shelf they dont have it. There is one employee that will go out of her way to help you even if its not her department and clear across the store Her name is Robbie. My wife and I have been shopping at this particular Walmart for about 8 years now and if it wasnt out of pure necessity we wouldnt shop at this store. If there was a store closer to me I would most certainly take my business elsewhere.
