The customer service is shoddy, but the name is accurate, so I still go. A tip for smokers: Get yourself a rolling machine, tubes, and loose tobacco. Breakdown below. Machine- $60 (get a big metal one with a rubber bottom, lasts forever) carton of tubes- $2 big pouch of pipe tobacco- $9 (tell them what you smoke now, and they will match the style) $71 gets you set up to roll your own carton of cigarettes. Each time you return, you pay $11 a carton. The machine is just a big one time expense. How much are cartons nowadays? Like 80 bucks or more? Save yourself hundreds a year, with minimal effort. And if you get yourself a nice cigarette case, you look classy. And to top it off, theres no spray-on additives on the loose tobacco like the big cig companies do. Avoid taxes. Screw the suits.

I went to return some vape liquid yesterday, which my son got for me, only it was the wrong flavor. So I go back there, like an hour later, and the girl tells me she wont exchange it because she claims there was "about a tanks worth" of liquid missing from the bottle. Really? I didnt take any out...why would I, it was the wrong kind. Then she says its a liability issue because I may have "done something" to it. Youve got to be kidding! These guys are ridiculous. I returned a defective tank once after arguing about it for 15 minutes. They dont want to back what they sell or make a simple exchange. Ill go somewhere else that knows good customer service.
