HORRIBLE customer service. I had been in the store a few times and saw the owner and some of the employees bantering with customers in a slightly inappropriate way, but thought they were just trying to be funny. Not so. I bought a E-cig, and when the battery died after three weeks I went back. The employee was instantly rude and condescending, told me my business was with the owner, and that I needed to talk to him. He also told me that people bring back items the next day that have failed, and asked me what I thought the owner was really going to do for me, implying that I was out of luck. At one point in the conversation we were screaming at each other and talking over each other in a way that made me think we were about to step outside to box. I told him that all he was doing was ensuring that I would never shop there again, to which he said, in essence, "Ok." I also told him that his language in the conversation was the specific reason I was so angry, which almost made his head explode. How dare I speak to him that way!! Scored a big fat zero on customer satisfaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS... Theres a much better smoke shop around the corner, with a knowledgeable and honest staff. If you are looking for Vaping items, walk down the street.

The previous comments i have seen are given on a feeling or opinionated kind of way. i would to start off by saying this, i wasnt treated with any disrespect by the owner himself, Billy, whatsoever. Billy first glanced towards my way and welcomed me with a simple "good afternoon and a happy new year". I pay attention to the head/smoke shop and the person running them and i decide whether i want to come back or not and this guy helped me choose my first set of hookah equipment( first visit), helped me with a choice of flavors that was not expensive AT ALL compared to smoker friendly or any close by smoke shop. Second visit, my father who smoked for 45 years has chosen to quit smoking because of this guy everyone seems to frown upon. MY father has not picked up a cigarette ever since he bought and electronic vapor to help him quit smoking. And overtime we walk in we are greeted with a smile and a welcoming feeling. Thats just the personal side, but business side i think Joker Smoker has THE MOST IVE EVER SEEN any smokeshop has to offer to this day. i love going there and i recommend it for other people to check it. Mr. Joker. (thumbs up)

I came in to pass some time to look at some things and get some stuff also. Im somewhat impressed by this store. I have smoked for quite some time but have recently decided to give up cigarettes. I am a cigar buff though and needed propylene glycol for my humidor. The staff member there was not necessarily rude but very curt(which doesnt bother me as a notherner), and had no idea what propylene glycol was. He pointed to it in his walk in humidor once I explained what I needed. Great, I was thinking about adding some new cigars anyway... until walking in. It smells nothing like a humidor. It reeked of mold. I braved it and took a look. Every cigar I could see had mold on it. Grabbed my glycol and got out . Right as I made my payment, I felt sick. I got extremely lightheaded, nauseous and came extremely close to blowing it all over the counter. DO NOT go in the humidor. I will say if you want something aside from a cigar, this place has a great selection of glass, hookahs, hookah tobacco and everything else at a totally decent price. Everything else seemed totally legit and fair. Just stay away from the humidor.

There a many stores of its kind in Raleigh. I would strongly advise any one considering making purchases from this store should think twice. The owner is very brazen with his rude behavior and his flippant and disrespectful nature should not be tolerated. Ive been in the store 3× (in 2 years) and each time he was extremely disrespectful. Today I came in the store browsing the inventory. He casually asked what I wanted as I looked behind the counter at his inventory. I replied that I would let him know in a second when I found out. He then laughed and said: "You let me know? How about you let yourself know..?" A comment that was totally uncalled for. I said thar I wasnt shopping there anymore. He shrugged his shoulders and said. "Ok" before speaking loudly to either me or his associate in Arabic.

Came to Joker Smoker today looking to see if I could get some help with my vapor. Turns out what it had was a bit complicated thankfully I was greeted coming in the store and the owners son took a good deal of time helping me out with my device which I had not even purchased there. He and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It seems that they know a lot of their customers which says a lot. Also they pretty much have anything you would ever need in terms of smoking and vaping. They also have drinks and snacks available. Aside from their awesome staff this tobacco store is very clean, organized, and it looks trendy. Does not smell or look like typical tobacco shops. I will definitely be back ☺

Went there tonight with the desire to purchase a cutter, seeing as I had left mine at home. Myself and my friends walked in as he was talking to another customer. I walked into the humidor to check out the selection, and was entirely unimpressed. I walked out to glance around the rest of the store, and the owner asked if I needed help with anything. I told him I was just glancing around real quick. Less than a minute later, he said to the customer he was talking with that I was "wasting his time." Long story short, the way he spoke to me and my friends was nothing short of rude and intolerable. Im glad my card got declined, so I didnt have to give money to that swine.

This owner (the clown in the picture near the humidor) is a bonafide whack-job and needs therapy at the very least. No way should you ever voluntarily place your person within 100 to 300 feet of this lunatic. A) the distance that ducheitis can spread via spores in the air is officially unknown and B) Who knows what this radical is capable of. Besides, the tobaco selection is weak, you dont need a knock-off handbag or flat-brim, and youre probably going to be harassed by someone else today so why add another? Well, hopefully that shopping center is purged of this fungus at some state of that little prwns life-cycle.

Dont shop here! This owner is a rude racist bastard. He was very rude and belligerent with me on several separate occasions and he has been to others in my presence and also the others I see online. The reviews speak for themselves. He should not treat people like this, not only one or 2 on a bad day but he is like this always and to anyone! Lets put this mother-less heartless pitiful excuse for a man out of business, please join me in banning this store. No one shop here!
