Bought a few items and cigars in the past couple years from them (probably about $300) and besides being way overpriced with a ok selection, I didnt have any reason to complain, I mean, I didnt have to buy anything. The other day I purchased a $30 lighter from them and the thing never worked properly, It wouldnt light consistently, pretty much worked just one time. So figured I would return it for a store credit or at the very least get a replacement lighter. The woman working was so unhelpful. Kept telling me there was nothing she could do and I would need to come back a few days later when Hugh was in so he could tinker with it. She also stated that the lighter wasnt a brand that they stood behind, what the hell does that mean..? They specifically showed me that lighter... You sell the damn thing, so youre saying you sell junk?. Pretty rotten how they would not even give me a replacement lighter or a store credit. Good luck keeping customers with that business model of screwing the customers. Go to Dads Smoke Shoppe or buy your sticks at Cigar Auctioneers by Famous Smoke. Im done with Cigar Cigars and anyone reading this should be too. UPDATE: To Owner Response - I dont care about the sign, that doesnt make it right, and obviously I came in when I had the time, and I didnt want to make another trip, I wouldnt call that being impatient. And above all, the lighter does not work and never did. Im not in the business of returning lighters that work properly.

I always get a kick out of people who dont buy cigars and they write posts criticizing businesses because of their advertising. Naganation is real. Men and women complain about the stupid things that irritate them about their husbands, wifes, boyfriends and girlfriends. The reviews that complain about advertising are ridiculous coming from people that dont shop the stores. We write commercials to make people laugh. They are meant to stimulate theatre of the mind. Folks theyre not serious. They are tongue and cheek humor. Cigar Cigars has a huge female customer base that never complains about the commercials we run. They bring them up and laugh about them. They get the humor. Today social media allows people to express themselves like I am doing now. To trash a business you have never visited because of the advertisements is not kosher. So before you trash my business with falsehoods consider this, we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, a good selection and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We cant always make everyone happy. Thats life.

Dont know where to start. I traveled to your Rocky River store Saturday 9/10/16 from Cuyahoga Fall. Wasnt greeted and saw no one up front. Ask about your walk in humidor yours if you have one isnt available to the public. Ask about Predomos you dont carry them. I received a gift card for Fathers Day was why I was there and I was interested in seeing after hearing your commercials on WTAM for years. I bought a Tom Tomas and a Camacho both fine cigars. But if my experience with the Don Tomas is an indicator of my experience at Cigar Cigar, either your expectations are low or mine to high. I was disappointed. It was dry,smoked hot and cracked worse then the Twin Towers on nine eleven. The bad thin was first Cousins is 15min from my place, and 3 other fine established cigar stores. Sorry guys you got a one star from me on all counts.

Great cigars and great people. I am biased because I used to work here, but at the same time I have a hard time finding a place that takes more pride in their selection and overall care of their product. For all the guys who have a hard time with the humor on the commercials, the basis would be the same if a shoe store said leave the hubby home watching football on Sunday and come and enjoy nag free shoe shopping. Unfortunately we live in a society where there resides a double standard concerning advertising. If you are so sensitive and your emotions get in the way of seeing this I am very sorry. I might recommend seeing someone for some hormone treatment immediately, or at least suggesting your wife let you look at your little balls in her purse once in awhile. Toodles!

This is going to be one of those reviews that the people who own the store, work at the store, or like the store will vote down. I just wanted to say that after hearing your advertisements on the radio, your brand puts me in mind of the days when men thought it was okay to beat their wives. Your commercials are sexist and ridiculous; every time I hear it, I cringe at the poor taste that was executed by your obviously very sexist and archaic creative team. Your branding methods arent cool, hip, or edgy. They belong in the 50s where all the other misogynistic ideas were festering.

I dont understand the poor reviews? Im new to cigar smoking. I went in the first time and had a great experience. The owner himself walked me through a few cigars, offered suggestions, and even have me details like how to light it and properly smoke it. Second time, I didnt get to talk with the owner but the staff that day practically did the same thing. I drive a long way to get to this shop and wont go anywhere else. Check Facebook for better reviews.

What a great place to grab a gar and chill out. The people in there are friendly customers and sales people alike. Even if you have never been there before.They have a very good selection of cigars at reasonable prices... I was impressed. Plus for me, they carry most of the Drew Estate Brand which can be really hard to find. They treated my like a regular and made me feel welcome which is a rare thing these days. Definitely recommend it.

Their selection is just ok. Personally, the worst thing your can do is give them your email address when you check out. This company sends continual SPAM while exposing your personal email address to every recipient in the list. NEO has so many more cigar stores that offer a better selection, cheaper prices and LESS SPAM. Also, their radio commercials are just ridiculous. Degrading to women and marriages. Why?

sometimes my wife wants to do something like talk, or (god forbid) have sex. Thats when i go to cigar cigar to chomp on some phallic symbols with the rest of the guys. Nothing makes me feel better about hating my wife than having a special place to go and share my putrid opinions of women with other men.

The store had a rather small offering of cigars on display but they seem to have tons of storage in the back to satisfy requests. Finding a place to sit inside & smoke on a nasty day is hard, you can BYOB here and just pay $3 for the privilage of sitting inside & smoking, quite a deal if you ask me.

Absolutely horrible service, and on top of that I bought an over-priced Oliva and it had mold spots on it. The gentleman working also had absolutely no knowledge of cigars. Also a very poor selection

Comfy place..good selection some on the higher side...Hugh is an excellent host friendly knowledgeable accomodating...really an asset to this lounge...George is a great conversationalist....recommend
