Love love love this shop!!! Visiting in Oh for a few days and my Featherweight had problems. I took it with me to this shop and not only did they service my machine I found a lot of gorgeous fabric, embroidery designs that just had to come home with me!!! I found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful when I explained I needed help with my machine and I was only there for a few days with a project I had to work on... I will shop online with this store and will definitely shop there the next time Im in Ohio!

Ive dealt with Seams Sew Easy for years. I love both of my Pfaff sewing/ embroidery machines. I have taken a few classes which were enjoyable. When I need help with my embroidery downloads Kim is always patient and kind! Ive been very pleased with the cleaning and checking of my machine. The price is reasonable! All the employees/ owners have always been very friendly and pleasant. Its always a pleasure going in for whatever reason.

Good prices and selection of fabric and projects. They also offer a good selection of high-end machines. The staff really seem to be experts and if they cant answer a question, they can find the answer.
