My wife and I have been using this store for years for our drapery business, but my last experience made me deiced to not shop there anymore. This is a classic chance where a little cooperation over $97.00 could have created a happy and loyal customer for live, but instead stubbornness created the opposite. I was send by my wife to buy some trim to mach for a last minute job. After consulting with store employes a close match was found, but the colors where off. I talked to my wife and she said to go ahead and buy the trim. After I got home my wife freaked and said that the colors would not work. Even though we where aware of their no return policy and are not blaming them for our mistake, we contact the store to see if we could work out a return or exchange. We explained our situation and asked if something could be worked out. The manager on duty (Lana) was very rude and just told us that we are out of luck. To summarize: Please form your own opinion, but for us Fabric & Fringe has lost a customer that spend thousands of dollars a year with them. We will no longer put or foot in their store nor recommend it to our clients.

I have been buying supplies at this store for years. They have never disappointed. You dont know what youre missing until you go somewhere else and you compare. I love the way they fabrics are organized in the store. I makes so much sense. The customer service is wonderful. So inspiring and prices are good too!

Fabric and Fringe Warehouse has a great selection..they must have thousands of fabrics! The prices are the lowest around! (believe me I have looked) I love the staff, they are always willing to help customers find what they need. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Extremely LARGE selections of Fabrics and other upholstering options! Just as good, if not better, than going down to Howell Mill Road and downtown! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!! And the prices CANNOT be beat!
