After being disappointed with JoAnns, let down by Mood and close to giving up on finding "perfection" for a special event dress, my daughter and I drove down from Dayton....I was not in the best frame of mind and already set that I just wasnt going to find I what I wanted....but WOW ! I was SO wrong. Not only did I find something amazing, the kind and attentive staff let me lay put patterns to figure out yardage since I was mixing fabrics....They were all wonderfully tolerant of my 5 year old "helper". Ill definitely make the drive again - with a bigger budget because there was just too much I loved !!! Their incredible, well organized selection of yarn has me wanting to start knitting again and my daughter wants to come back for buttons. Truly worth the drive for such an incredible little shop staffed by people with a huge passion !!

Three friends and I visited this shop last week and were so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the selection of fabrics and yarn. Though we live almost two hours away, I can guarantee that we will be going back soon. It is most definitely worth the drive.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about both the textiles themselves and any techniques or technical questions surrounding them. The selection is pretty great given how small the building is, they carry prints and fabric types that Ive not seen even in major fabric retailers.

Wonderful selection of fabric. Batiks are beautiful. Australian and African fabrics unique. Good selection of yarns for knitting. Notions and books. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. Check it out.

Theres everything for knitting, crocheting, felting, quilting. There are classes if you want to learn new skills, as well as craft circles weekly. Staff is very knowledgeable.
