Like everyone else has said, my experience in the store, purchasing, and customer service at that time were amazing, but you better hope nothing is broken upon delivery or youll have an awful time dealing with the repairs. My boyfriend and I found a great bedroom set for an awesome price, and the owner was very friendly and allowed us our personal time to discuss while also being very helpful. When we got the set, we were told that a piece of trim was missing from the footboard and a repair would need to be scheduled, and a few days later, one of the drawers on the dresser became hard to open. A repairman from an unaffiliated company came out, but it was clear that he wasnt even told what hed be fixing. He was very nice and fixed the drawer perfectly with the tools that he had, but he didnt have the materials for the footboard because he didnt even know what exactly was going on. We were directed back to deal with the store, where an entirely new footboard was ordered. During this time, another dresser drawer became hard to open. We waited to set up another repair, and this was the main problem: it took over A MONTH for them to finally come out and fix it. I called every week asking about the status of my parts (which were supposed to come in in a week), and once they were in fact in (which we had to find out by calling them, they didnt call us), actually setting up a time and date took an additional few week (we picked a day, then we were told a few days later that it wouldnt work and had to be pushed back). When the second repair finally happened (this time from the store, not the unaffiliated repairman), the men who came inside our house reeked of smoke. Im so happy were done dealing with this (until another drawer becomes hard to open).

Fantastic service, great quality, fair pricing. They really went the extra distance for us on the delivery. I would love to see more companies like this as it seems more and more of the larger companies will only cater to customers dropping big bucks, these guys treat all customers with respect.

Owner and salespeople are very friendly, and approachable. They are very polite and wont hover over you like a vulture, but at the same time they have a large selection of attractive quality furniture at reasonable prices. They also have financing for everyone!
