This guy, Max, isnt taking care of anyone. He isnt taking care of anyone but himself, and until he changes that, he will continue to get poor reviews. Max, Im not exactly sure why you even respond to these comments. I have a clue, so If youre only worried about money, let me tell you that youll be fine. I know a few guys like yourself and, somehow, you guys keep skating along. Sliding through business by scraping the outside of the customer barrel, constantly gobbling up opportunities at an unreasonable pace, only to keep a small percentage of clients. But like I said, itll still be enough, so no sweat! Now, Im moving onto the prices you speak of. The lower prices mentioned in the responses youve made to previous reviews? I see this as a poor attempt at manipulation of customer trust. Its lame and not felt well. I suggest you find a new vendor and take some sales, customer relations and marketing courses. To me, youre obviously more interested in getting money from my hand, into your hind pocket. This is an ugly show. Rather, try being truly knowledgeable and sincere about your ability to offer a quality product at a fair, consistent price. The only thing Im giving your establishment a second star on google for is your stock of synthetic urine and the fact that I didnt have to deal with you when I bought this good at 10am. That is really something, no joke. I was not as lucky the next time that I visited your establishment. 1. What do your customers want? They do not want what you think they want, or some adulterated garbage thats kinda what you think they want. Its what the customer truly wants or needs and you need to figure that information out. If you dont have it, order it. Dont listen with a half ear and then blubber out some lame suggestion. Pay full attention! Get this. You told me I was doing your job for you, but the only way I see it, is that you were simply failing to help my friend find what he wanted, so I felt a need to step in and help. We left with nothing after you subconsciously realized you were failing and then promptly became disinterested and youre attention swung to another customer without closure to our engagement. Mt friend and I left with nothing and were relieved to do so. 2. How much do they want to spend on what they want or need? Just find out! Its not a taboo question if you truly want to help the customer find what they want. However, it is taboo to those in customer service who only care about the money thats in their customers pocket. That is exactly the light you shine. Did they buy it? Find ways to keep touching base with customers. 3. Are your customers truly satisfied with what their experience with you at your location and how can you continue to earn their business? Max, I care and its why Im posting this online. I hope this relights your entrepreneurial flame, because you do not express a desire to help your customer and your secondary attempts to reach out on google are insultingly disinterested and shallow. The volume of customer dissatisfaction is obviously trending toward the opinion of high prices on low quality products. This IS a sign! Youre solution of roping the disgruntled customer in with lower prices is absolutely non sense.

I went there they tried to charge me $90 for a damn bubbler, I can go to Caesars Creek flea market and get the same one with thicker glass for 30. Horrible horrible prices... Will never go there again!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
