The selection here is not bad at all. The reason Im giving it two stars is due to our customer service experience. My girlfriend and I selected a pipe and brought it to the counter. We both noticed that the glass blower had made a mistake and there was a defect in the pipe, causing the mouthpiece to become malformed. The price of the pipe was $14.98. I asked the gentleman at the front counter if he could work with us on the price a little bit, since there was a defect in the craftsmanship. He responded that he would give us .98 cents off the original price, and sell it to us for $14 flat. At this point, I realized he wasnt really interested in negotiating. So instead of coming back at him with a much lower price and asking to buy it for maybe only $10 instead of $14.98...I asked if I could purchase it for $13, which is only $1.98 off the original price. He didnt even think about it before telling us no, that he wouldnt sell it for $13. Needless to say, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Im assuming we were speaking to the owner, because he had the ability to bargain with customers. But if youre not going to negotiate or bargain with the customers, and instead tell them youre only going to give them .98 cents off due to a mistake in the craftsmanship, then youre better off not bargaining at all and just telling all customers that the prices are final. Very unprofessional behavior.

If you are looking for great e-cigarette or e-cigarette accessories....Stay away! The staff is, for the most part, unfamiliar with even the most basic aspects of their vapor/e-cigarette products. I once asked for tobacco flavored e-liquid and was sold vanilla (their oil brands have stupid sounding names that reveal nothing about the actual flavor). Then, despite the fact that it was their mistake, they told me there was a strict "no return" policy. If that werent bad enough, the prices are outrageous. Once EVOD coil cost $5 (most stores charge about $1.80). Just a bad store.

Tobacco Leaf is by far the best smoke shop in Tallahassee. Definitely the nicest smoke shop I have ever walked into. They have a huge selection of glass and their selection of heady glass is amazing. Dont listen to some of the other reviews, everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgable. I have been going there since I moved to Tallahassee and wouldnt go anywhere else in town.

Tobacco leaf has a great selection of machine made cigars and cigarettes a decent collection of loose tobaccos and probably one of the best collections of pipe, glassware and hookahs. On the down side though the cigar Selection for their "walk in humidor" is rather lacking and overpriced. As the humidor itself is literally a little closet.

I recently bought one of the vector torches an as soon as I got home it leaked butane so I went back an got another I get home this one leakes butane an I call an ask if theres anyway I can get my money back or a new one the same day an he says now I have to pay $30 even though it has a unlimited warranty. Waste of money do NOT buy one.

Easily the widest selection of any smokeshop ive been to. Good price and they have a live glassblowing studio. Big gallery with high end art glass as well. I also have to say I disagree with the criticisms of the customer service, every employee has been helpful and friendly during my visits to the store.

This has to be the absolute worst tobacco shop in tallahassee. The owner will con you into buying anything just to get rid of their overstock, and hes extremely rude, and the staff is not much better. They are way overpriced and i highly recommend Asap which is right down the street for way less.

Horrible shopping experience. Had a problem, and instead of the employee offering a solution or simply saying no, I was accused and publicly embarrassed in front of other customers. There are plenty of other shops in town with better customer service and A LOT better prices for the same products.

Employee specifically ordered me digi camo illadelph pipe and when u got home and opened it, it was just the camo and wrong label. Told me there is nothing they can do. Never been more disappointed. I have spent a lot of money there and they had no want to help me. Very disappointed.

They suck. I asked if a piece would fit my piece he said yea thats the right size. I bought the piece tried to attach it to mine and it didnt fit so I call n say It doesnt fit n they say they got a no return policy and I cant trade for a bigger size.

I am a high-end glass collector and Tobacco leaf has made my life significantly easier with their amazing selection of artists and companies. This store is the best of its kind in Florida, at least in regards to glass!

The newest (and best) head shop in town. Huge selection, much larger than Papa Smokes (or as I call it.. Papa Schwags). Reasonable prices. I love this place, the people know what they are talking about.

After paying over $200 for a water pipe and getting it home i notice it was cracked. I had not used it and they refused to exchange or take back. Never again Tobbacco Leaf BUYER BEWARE
