I have never been so ripped off in my entire life!! Bought a samvod vape pen and it stopped working 6 hours after the purchase! My $50 bottle of cbd oil leaked all over myself and my belongings and it pretty much ruined my day. Go back to the store and the girl there told me there was nothing she could do so i got my fiance to bring it back the next day whdn the owner im guessing was in the store, he refused to give us a refund and had some crappy made "no refunds" poster but doesnt feel the need to actually make his customers aware that he doesnt do refunds.. Then he "replaced" the parts by giving us more broken ones! I shopped here for 4 years constantly and went nowhere else and now i regret stepping my foot through their door! For sure recommend driving 6 minutes to sugarloaf to go to tactical vape. Avoid getting ripped off like i did.

Went there and spent 40$ on this SAMVOD vape pen he swore up and down was great, got home and its made in china, it doesnt even have a contact number for customer support on the box so I spent an hour online trying to find this thing and it is literally the worst, the manufacturer sells them wholesale from China for like 3$ apiece. He doesnt do refunds or replacements, he just turned me around and sent me on my way with my brand new broken-out-the-box vape pen. I might as well have flushed 40$ down the toilet. Edit: included photos of the destroyed out-of-box mouthpiece, and a picture of it dripping liquid onto the box with the price tag for added effect. (Im so angry.) Edit 2: It doesnt even vape, like nothing happens, it just lights up and does nothing.

This store is awesome and the staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to help a customer. If you want something and they dont have it - they will make it a point to get it. I had requested for something and the owners made sure that it was delivered - now thats what I call a great customer service. I will def go there from now on and give them my business.

Bought FAKE pax vaporizer for $200.00. The device didnt work, and was sold with a 10 year warranty. Contacted the company for a warranty and they were able to help me legitimize the fake pax and get my refund. Will not shop here for anything
