As someone just getting into cigar smoking I was excited about trying this place out. As soon as I walked in I could tell it was a very snooty atmosphere. They seemed to cater to the "regulars" and ignore anyone not familiar with a cigar bar. It took about 15 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge I was there and help even though there were several staff members present and only a few customers. I was pretty much ignored and then treated rudely once someone tried to assist. If you are new to cigar smoking I would recommend trying to find a place that is more welcoming and courteous to newcomers. If you are an older pretentious cigar aficionado, youll fit right in.

My wife and I were in the area last weekend, and saw Cutters while on Windward Pkwy. We returned the next night and enjoyed the experience. The selections in the four cigar cases and the walk-in humidor were really good. I bought several that arent available in my town. The outside sitting and smoking area along with the sincerely welcoming owners created a warm and memorable night. They offer several beers and wine as well as soft drinks and water. I stayed outside mostly, but those inside seemed to be having fun sitting, playing cards, working, and watching football. We will certainly return there our next trip to Alpharetta.

Although we only bought a couple of cigars to enjoy while walking around beautiful Charlotte - we had a very good experience. We were looking for a good cigar shop or lounge, but it was a Sunday, and they were closed. It is located on the first floor of the Charlotte Marriott, along with other restaurants, and stores... When entering the restaurant to inquire about the Cigar Bar/Lounge - they called a manager right away to OPEN the lounge for us!! Of course it was only to buy the cigars, ( no drinks, etc.) but we were really impressed that they have this service available, even when the lounge is closed!

Initially, i received good service selecting 7 cigars, but when two (same mfr) were smoked, they were dry and the barrels cracked, smoking poorly. the store would not accommodate me with credit for 2 new cigars. they lost a customer over this. poor business decision. had they done the right thing, they would keep me, and i always bring cigar smoking friends with me. They also lost the friend who brought me on that initial visit, who had been in before and bought, but no longer. other reviews include this same type of small thinking.

This was my first experience of smoking a Cigar, so, I went inside, like a newbie, asked for help, within 5mins, I was out with an "Insidious by Asylum(* 1)". Sorry, I didnt get his name, but he was very helpful and patient with me. He even cut the cigar for me, when I told him, I never cut it before. *On a scale of 1-5, 1 being Mildest and 5 being Full.

As someone who does not smoke cigars often this place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They have a great cigar selection for not only a seasoned smoker but also your casual smoker. They also have a wide range of spirits and bottled craft beer. Over all a very cool place to come hang out.

Awesome place! My husband is new-ish to the hobby and the gentleman here couldnt have been more helpful! Pete helped him learn about different types and also helped with lighter and cutter selection. Great atmosphere, perfect for a short Friday night date. Lots of great spirits offered as well.

Decent collection, though Ive seen better. Warm inviting comfortable seating inside and out. Seems popular with the locals. I was staying in a hotel across the street and it was a confident walk. Not much experience in the area but Id say the prices are about average.

The new location is awesome, plenty of space - inside and out -, a great humidor and a nice little bar area. Opening weekend was amazing. Great music, great cigars, great people. This, even in its old location was a good spot, now its fast becoming my favorite spot

Great place , Im new to the hobby and Pete was very helpful explaining things to me and answering my questions . My wife and I stayed for a couple hours and enjoyed some drinks live music and cigars . Great night out . Highly recommend

I was in search of My Father Cigars & found them at Cutters. I purchased a box of Le Bijou 1922 & I was able to enjoy an excellent Mcallan. John served me and the atmosphere was great. Whenever Im in Atlanta I will be back.

The brunette girl and Frank were very friendly. Great air system and great atmosphere. They told me all the stories about the Garcia cigars and a great story about La Palina and CBS. I will be coming back here for sure.
