FANTASTIC, PERSONAL, and DEDICATED! I cannot say enough good things about R Design & Printing. My wife and I were in a bind when we were making little to no progress in printing an adoption profile through another printer, and so, on the advice of some friends, we went to try R Design & Printing. We worked primarily with Juli, but also interacted with the other staff, and every interaction we had was amazing. We had a mostly complete PDF created through InDesign, but some little odds and ends such as font readability, picture color, and proper bleeds were noticed by Juli and she helped to coach and guide us along the way to getting the profile in nearly perfect shape! I will always go back to R Design & Printing for all of our printing needs, and I would 100% encourage anyone else to do the same!

Our first experience with this company was very positive--one of the owners, Dave, was helpful and accommodating on a day we needed it and went out of his way to help. In fact, we wanted to give this company repeat business because of his help that day. The next two times we used them, however, the second owner made it very clear she did not care about our business and was disdainful and rude. The first time, I imagined we caught her at the end of a bad day. The second time she was rude (rolling her eyes, making it clear she had better things to do with her time than answer a question like, "How soon can we pick these up?" for a non-rush job), she lost our business for good. I guess they already have clientele they like and dont need walk-in business.

A terrible experience. I recommended this printer to a client for their biz cards and letterhead. From the first moment of interaction everyone there was rude to me. They dropped the ball several times during the project and rather than an apology they became more and more rude to me on the phone. They promised to deliver the cards and letterhead and then never showed up. When I called the next day to check they were rude. Again, they promised to deliver and then never showed up. My advice: there are too many alternatives, stay away from this company.

It is a personable shop to walk into with staff that was serious and friendly. I called with an order to get some quick marketing material printed and cut for a networking meeting that evening. I emailed files, spoke with Juli for my quote and when I came in, they were being finished in quick time! My price was fair and product/color was awesome! Ive been in the printing biz for over 15 years and I did like everything I saw.

An awesome place for quality work... to the person that complained that they use their lot as a pay lot when they are not open... WHY NOT? Its a private lot, they can do what they want. When they are closed, why do you expect to use their property while you are off supporting other businesses? You deserve to be towed, as you would be if you parked on anyones private parking spaces.
