I had a package returned here (a TV) and even though they had my information I never got a call that it was here. I gave it a long time because the repair processing of the tv is lengthy per the customer service of that company. After some time I did some research and found out that it was returned only to find out that this ups store threw it out after a period of time without calling me. The very rude clerk and manager were nasty in trying to say they called me multiple times and that was a lie. I had them look my phone number up and it was correct. They also had my address so a letter could have gone out. So not only was I out the very costly packaging charges and shipping but now a tv. When I enquired about them reimbursing me I was met with rude short answers that basically meant its not our problem. I also asked for owner contacts to complain and they gave me bogus info. I would pass on this location for sure.

Rushed home from work today to send out my nieces birthday present since I found out today I now cant make it home, which is 9 hours away, for her birthday. I made it to the store at 6:58pm and the doors were locked. The employees starred at me when I looked in as I pulled the door. I work in customer service and I could never lock my doors early, and if there was a customer after the doors were locked, especially that close to closing, you always take care of them. My niece now wont get her gift until after her birthday. I watched the employees leave at 7:05pm tonight, must be nice. Very unhappy with this location after this experience.

Customer service here was very poor and unprofessional. Manager was very unkind and somewhat angry. I went in today and was quoted a price of $254.00 by a nice lady Monday then came in today and was told its over $450.00. When I asked about the difference in price he acted like he didnt believe me and repeated himself over and over. Then tried to charge me over $450.00 when Id already said I only have $300.00. Very sad to see someone in this business when clearly they hate their job and take it out on customers.

This ups store a f--King ripp off! They charged me $68 to ship a 1 lb box from Ohio to Florida for two day shipping. And they were trying to charge me $98 for one day shipping. I will take my business to usps that has prices 3 times cheaper for same service. I am not sure how this company is still in business? The package that I paid for $68 was not delivered in two days like it was supposed to. What a ripp off!!!!

They are so nice , and everyone have good patience . Regarding notarization we had some questions and they have clarified clearly . They said they dont stamp on your copy of document but for each of document they will provide you a seperate notarized copy. Though I dont want that way, so went to some other place and got the job done .

The store has just actually moved and the staff behind the counter was very friendly!!! They are still in the shopping center with Kroger but they are now down by Target and Lowes- right in front actually by the AT&T store! The store is much better than their old location!

Ok, do you EVER answer your phone?? Seriously people - give it a try. I bet 9/10 times at MINIMUM they dont answer the phone. Ive been in there and the manager is nice enough I guess.. but your entire BUSINESS revolves around communications - ANSWER - THE - PHOOOONE!!!

Came in the store 11am July 1st. The gentleman alone handling the customers was clueless. waited 15 minutes in line and left. Only two persons ahead of me. The first customer was still being processed.

As of 4/11/2015 the UPS store is in Kroger parking lot but down closer to Target and Lowes - by the AT&T store. They are so nice in this store, and very friendly and efficient!!!

Returned package. Unknown why. Took to another store with no issues. My husband came back home and he mentioned he should not have left it, as he just didnt feel comfortable.
