I do not know what all these negative reivew are - BUT my experience at this store has been the best so far. Ive been doing a lot of ebay sales and I always go to this store to get my items packaged and shipped. The Indian guy that runs the place is just awesome. Note that due to his indian accent it seems that he is rude but he is not. He has been very helpful to me and what ever stuff I have him pack he does a wonderful job. The one time I had him pack a picture frame and some how the UPS delivery folks damaged it. I did not blame the store, as he packed other more delicate stuff for me and they all got there fine and just the frame did not make it. I guess the UPS delivery guy must have rough handled the package. The claims process was painless for me, the Indian guy at the store took care of everything for me and in the end I got all my money back about $500 as I had purchased additional insurance. I go at this location always and Ive seen how people treat him especially those dumb college kids that can not read instructions on book returns. I was there one time that this one girl came in with books to return, she had a prepaid label and wanted to ship the books without a box. The Indian guy told her that she needs to buy a box or put the books in a bubble envelope that she can purchase and she insisted that the books are to be sent free of charge and she will not buy anything and that he needs to do the whole thing for free. I even tried to explain it to the young lady trying to help out the Indian guy thinking that the young lady did not understand him. But anyways she did not get it and insisted in him doing it all for free. So then he got mad and told her that I do not want your business please and go to another store. She left cursing at this guys and telling him that he is rude. So that being said and me experiencing this I think he is not a bad person its the customers that do not understand drive him crazy. This is a fairly long review, but I had to write this as I did not want all the negative reviews to affect his business. He is a great person, just be patient with him and allow him to do his job and you will get the best service.

This location has dissapointed me every time I have gone. I usually go to the one on hall rd. Which i am highly impressed with. This location randomly has shipping bags and then the next time they tell you they have never had them. They are more exspensive than the other ones. They either try to upsell you on shipping package or dont have the cheaper ones available. Every time i come here there is some kind of confusion or something they dont have. The one i normally go to om hall road never has a problem and always gets me the best shipping prices. Being someone who ships items once or twice a week this location can be very irritating. I will never go back to this location. Rude employees and lack of knowledge makes the whole process incredibly frusturating. I would rather drive farther than deal with this location.

People, people, people.....I have mailbox with this guys since over 9 years. I visit them every day to check my mail. In 9 years I can tell that there is a lot of misunderstanding about their service. In many occasions they helped me over and beyond my expectations. People you must learn to give respect to earn respect. I have seen these college kids bringing open packages every time and argue about the customer service, actually UPS policy do not allow them to pack for them, its customers responsibility. I am writing a review for the first time because when I read these reviews I felt like they are misjudged because of their accent etc. not because of their service. There is no limit for stupidity. Leave them alone and they are bound to follow UPS instructions.

Dropped off a pre-paid return package today. The gentleman at the counter was helping someone else and I was willing to wait. Instead, he glanced at the package I set on the counter and said I was all set. Nice! It gets better! I got a call later saying there was a problem with my label and could I email him the label so he could fix it without me having to go back in. He noticed I was driving (using Bluetooth hands free!) and asked me to call him back so he could give me his email. I sent it and he replied that it was all set. Wow! Now THATS customer service! Ive found my new UPS store! BTW, this is a new owner so ignore all those old/bad reviews :)

Worse Customer Service I have ever had! I sent my co-worker to USPS and he accidently went to UPS. When I realized it which was only 5 minutes later I called back immediately and spoke to the Indian guy I explained to him that the package was taken to the wrong place and he was asking for my information to verify then he went on saying that it was to late and the package was already shipped. I told them that it wasnt true and demanded i get my package back and he said "okay thats fine come get it" I really dont like being lied to. I will never go there again.

I have shipped from this location twice. Each time I felt the service I was paying for was a big bother to the man at the counter and I was interfering with other things he was doing. This time I took my packages to the Hall Road store. There I was greeted immediatly after walking into the store. I also had my concerns addressed very positively. They were very helpful. From now on I will drive the few extra miles to the Hall Road store where Im sure the service will continue to be positive.

WOW. What a great customer service. Right after I entered into the store, I was greeted by person working in the store. He was processing a shipment for another customer however he acknowledged my presence and assured me that he will be with me shortly. I was tired after the long day in the office but this place re-energize me. The person behind the counter was nice, funny and efficient. He customized my service to exactly what i was looking for. Definitely the best UPS Store I have even been.

A definite change, I used to hate this location but my last two visits were very positive. Ill say this though, if the young black guy (I cant remember his name) isnt there its BEST to wait until he is, he greeted me immediately when I entered the store even though there was another customer in line and when it was my turn my concerns were addressed (WITH A SMILE AND REASSURANCE). The Indian guy is rude, mean and seems like he doesnt really want to be bothered with customers.

The new owner went above and beyond for me when I arrived about 15 minutes after closing time. I needed to check my mailbox and luckily he was still there and recognized who I was. He let me in no problem so I could get my mail. Albert who works the front counter is also very helpful and friendly. In fact, when there was an issue, he came back to the store even after he was off the clock to help resolve the problem. Its a pleasure doing business at this store!
