I went in to drop off a pkg w a prepaid label and asked for a receipt. I was told they dont give receipts and I should write down my tracking number and leave the package on the counter. So Im supposed to leave a valuable pkg with no evidence that I left it in the stores care? Should one of the many customers milling about or an opportunistic worker decide to help themselves and claim I never dropped off a pkg, Im just screwed huh? Completely unprofessional. Every UPS Store Ive ever been to gives receipts... except this one. Shady. If you value your packages and company accountability, go elsewhere.

I go to this UPS every time I have to ship something out over usps anyday. Theyre reasonable with prices, my items arrive on time and they always give me a reciept. Did i mention i never stand in line?! Yes! Theyre also professional yet personable people. Thank you, Macomb Ups!
