In the past few years this business went from being very poorly managed to excellent. Unfortunately, within the past year the management and employee service is back to POOR. During the good times, employees would greet you at the door and be willing to help you with any capacity on site. They would make your business feel valued. Now, you are ignored from the time you walk in (you may get a weak hello from staff) and the managers act as though you are a bother to them. Not helpful, almost to the point of being rude. I depend on this site, and it is unfortunate that I can see unhappy workers and bad morale as an outsider. I hope the owner takes note.

The staff at this Fedex location is amazing. Im a board member of a local 501(c)(3), and with 24 hours to go before our big event, we needed some large posters printed up with the logos of all of our corporate sponsors. Thanks to a ton of help and patience from Benjamin, we were able to get it done with hours to spare. We owe Ben and the rest of the team here a HUGE thank you - If they can deal with our ridiculousness, they can probably help you too! P.S. Id also like to mention that Jennifer and Amanda were great too! Very friendly!

This location offers copy and print services. When my printer is out of ink I go here to print things. Its as simple as sitting at a computer, sweeping your credit card, and plugging in your disc with the file you wanna print. Ive even printed from plugging my cell phone into the USB port. Its pay by the minute (plus per page) so dont waste time, the timer starts immediately. Last time I was there it cost me about a $1.50 which was for the minutes and 2 pages. A fair cost I guess for the convenience. Staff is always helpful.

Do not go here! They are rude as hell and dont call back when they say they will. And a woman named Marie works there and frankly she sucks at customer service, busy sitting on her fat ass all day! Ill take my business elsewhere and you should too!

Staff was incredibly helpful getting a time sensitive envelope sent off and a return label printed. Their printer didnt work so they let me email it to them and they printed it for me. They were very polite, fast, and friendly.

I go to this print center to print photos to help me with me with fine art painting. Every time I go, one of the staff greets me and asks if I need any help.
