I love this JCPenney! First, its a stand alone store and I dont have to schlep through a mall to get to it. Parking is a breeze. I stopped shopping here during the era when they tried a different marketing scheme and eliminated coupons. Hated the "screaming" commercials, hated the new pricing. But, alas, they came back! If you shop here once and sign up for their rewards, you are in their system forever with just your phone number. I regularly get coupons in the mail - $10/$10 purchase (you read that right) and $10/$25. I ALWAYS use these. If you shop the clearance sections AND use the coupons, its Deal City. I also like their store brands. I really like Arizona, Worthington, A.N.A., Xersion and Bisou Bisou in particular. They have some cute clothes. Dont care for their prices on shoes but I wont even deduct a star because it hasnt hurt my shoe collection exactly. My husband has been able to get some great deals with their new Buy 1 Get the 2nd for a penny campaign. He actually does well with the mens shoe department. Hes bought several ties, dress shirts and dress pants, jeans, etc. They also give you free shipping if you order $25 or more items and have it shipped to a store. You pick it up in the regular check out line. That is a little annoying sometimes - not because of the cashiers, though. I cant explain it. They always have plenty of cash registers open, the cashiers are very friendly, efficient and well trained. But for some reason, the slowest, most difficult customers shop at JCP. Seriously! People will bring 10 transactions to the check out line, send their husband back to find something for them while you stand there stewing in silence. But its not JCP fault. I hope they never shut this store down. Easy location and love the stand alone store.

HORRIBLE. Ordered two pair of new prescription eyeglasses. Had to send one pair back because it came in without the transition lenses. The vision was unsatisfactory as I suffered double vision, nausea and headaches and I really could not see to drive. I went to an eye doctor I had used before. Both prescriptions are totally wrong. It is costing me an additional $700.00 to correct their incompetence.

Place very much of a mess. Cllothes not sized. Many off hangers. Very few people in store but long line for returns and/ or purchases. One women was greeting customers as they came in or left. Had she just tried to straighten end caps a little bit a better impression would be made. I will say my online shopping experience was great. Main reason I was at store for returns

This store is always easy to navigate and you can find some really great deals. I like the variety of items they carry for makeup (sephora inside) to clothing, jewelery, and housewares you will get some great finds.

This location had a great stock and seemed to be the only place that carried the particular jeans I was looking for. My only complaint is that the checkout line was really long last time I was there.

Bought new glasses and saved lots of money. Got 3 pair for the price of 1. Great sale on by 2 for 99.00. Added the sunglasses for only 100.00 more. Great customer service. So helpful

Only one dressing room. Hardly any mirrors by the clothes racks. Good prices, though. Lots of sale items. Not as stylish as it use to be. The Sephora store felt out of place inside now.
