Customer service is definitely the weakest part of this store. Nonetheless, it is the closest one. Today, Lena was exuberating the poorest customer service over earrings that cost $8.99 each. Instead of saying, our policy is that we dont have two pair of earrings out at the same time. She began picking them up as I was comparing. Jalena aka.Lena glared at me as if she was made at mr and wanted to fight because I called her out. I explained it to the manager and Lena was removed from the area. But, for someone to get fighting mad over earrings for $8.99 is ludicrous. Bye Ross. No need for me to be a customer in an already struggling economy.

Customer Service is the WORSE! Management was VERY unprofessional! Kim and Kendra please, please, invest in some customer service workshops, classes, or seminars. You set the tone for your employees and the tone you set with me while trying to return my table was unacceptable! Thank you Danielle for you help through this process. I hope you can help your associates with the level of professionalism they lack!

I am very dissapointed with the staff at this location . First of all they didnt do their job to take the security tag off , when i noticed later on in the day they didnt take it off i came back and asked for them to take it off but i had dropped my receipt so they did not try to help me at all . Check your clothes everybody before you leave because they dont do their job right

Got a chance to find some great buys during my last visit. Denim Jacket with Roses on it..I forget to add it on my cart, called to have the Supervisor hold it for me...she did...wish I could remember name. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.. YAAAAY

You can find some nice dress in this store, but stores like these always have 1 cashier so after spending all that time to find the perfect dress, you always have to wait a while to pay for it. Thats why I rarely go there.

What can I say... Its Ross. You definitely dont go there for the hospitality...I get the feeling the employees could careless if youre there or not....Hell I wonder if they really dont want to be there themselves...

The store was amazing compared to the ones in California. Especially the ones in Los Angeles they are always extremely overcrowded and a mess. The store was neat and orderly and the line was moving
