I would give a zero star but because of one sales associate I met, Im giving a five star. Read my story! I went to get a suit for my wedding a month in advance to make sure I would get the suit in time. I was assisted by Katie who helped me with ordering a couple of different suits since they didnt have the suit I wanted. During the alteration, I was not sure if the alteration lady understood my requests, but Katie assured me that she will do everything to make me happy. I had to come back a week after for alteration, which took another week to finish. I dont live in this area so I had to drive an hour each time. I was kind of frustrated that I had to come back twice, but I was assured that my suit will be perfectly ready. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed the alteration was not the way I was told or requested. Katie wasnt in the store that day, so I was assisted by Laura. She insisted that we do another alteration to fix the vent so it wouldnt be floppy. She assured that it will be delivered to me so I wont have to come back for it and that I will receive it by the end of that week. Another week pass by and I still didnt receive my suit or hear from her. So, a week before my wedding I called the store to get an update of the shipping. I talked to Laura, she seemed to be in panic mode because she realized the suit is still in the store. She then said she will deliver it to me overnight. I received the suit next day, but the suit was completly messed up after going through two alterations. This time, I was panicking because I needed the suit in three days. So again, I called the store looking for Katie, Laura gave me options to do another alteration or get a new suit. Of course, I had them order a new suit and I drove an hour again for alteration. Katie assured me that she will be in the store to make sure everything will be ok this time. However, when I arrived she was not even in the store, she text me and told me to find Derrell B, a sales associate. He seemed pretty frustrated with this incident as he had to clean up the mess that he has nothing to do with for Katie. I was really mad that she lied and ditched me like I was annoying her. Derrell B. had to go in the back to find my suit, even before I began explaining/complaining, he calmed me down, listened, and explained what he would do to make sure I get what I need. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish I had him assisting me when I first came to the store. Since there was no time to waste, he called a very experienced and skillful alteration person he works with to do my alteration. I chose to wait about 4 hours to get in the same day. After 4 hours, he brought me the suit, I tried it on, it was just PERFECT!!!!!!!! I could have not aksed for a better!! BEST sales associate. I shop at nordstrom all the time and never really had a problem like this, but certainly this was the worst experience thanks to unprofessional sales associate!! Derrell B. went above and beyond to meet my needs and took care of the business for me!! Im definitely going back to the store once I get my wedding photos as I have promised him. If you ever need assistance or are looking for mens suit, this is the man you wanna find and work with. I would give a zero star but because of Derrell, Im giving a 5 star!!

I absolutely love Nordstrom and the customer service they provide but after my last experience their Im not sure Ill be back. I received a watch from Nordstrom last Christmas and had it for maybe 2 weeks before it broke, the second hand fell off while i was in Australia. So once i finally got back from my trip in February i took it to Nordstrom to get fixed (im assuming they sent it else where to get fixed). I got it back about a month later (I live about an hour away so its not very convenient or practical for me to go to Nordstrom just to get this watch fixed, it was fixed in about 3 weeks and i took a week to get it.) The watch worked for half a day, and then started to stop at 11:30pm, after a couple of days of having to reset it every morning i realized that the watch must have not been fixed properly. Again living an hour away from the closest Nordstrom makes it very inconvenient for me to make a trip for just for this watch so about a month or two went by and i took it back to get fixed again over the summer. Im assuming they sent it away again, they said they changed the battery and fixed the problem. Again it worked for about a half a day and then started to stop at 11:35pm this time. So about two weeks ago i took it back to get fixed again while doing my Christmas shopping at the mall. I didnt have the original receipt, but had the receipt from the last two repairs and also had the name of the person who purchased it for me, the same way we looked up the order the last two time. The lady at the counter insisted that the watch must have not been purchased from Nordstrom because she wasnt able to find the person in the system, which is weird because we were able to the last two times (thinking back on it, I dont think she asked me to spell out the name so chances are she was spelling the name wrong). Additionally i could tell she didnt really care to help me with getting my watch fixed and rather just wanted to sell, I could tell this by her lack of patience with me and the fact that she kept staring at other people at the counter, and the second i walked away she walked over to them and asked if she could show them something.

I went in there just to get measured around my bust and my rib cage. Im extremely uncomfortable trying on bras with a woman Ive never met before. She acted like that was unheard of, she made me feel like a moron for being modest. The last time I went to nordstrom the lady measured me with my shirt on and brought 3 bras closely sized and let me decide which one fit best. Ive never felt worse in a store before. I went in planning on buying a few bras and left knowing I never plan to return.

Leah did a fabulous job helping me buy some bras today. I already knew my general size and she stepped up to find just the right bras to fit my shape. She even called multiple stores (including Puerto Rico, haha) to have another one shipped to me. Top notch customer service, great selection of quality brands and sizes, and a clean classy store.

Excellent service and plenty of one-to-one interaction with your salesperson. Nordstrom has a great focus on customer satisfaction and the prices tend to keep the crowds away, allowing for the great service. Ive gotten two of my favorite pairs of shoes from here along with some great professional wear.
