I normally dont post reviews unless Ive been extraordinarily pleased or displeased. I have window shopped through Entourage on many occasions but didnt make my first purchase until a couple of months ago. I bought a brand new, full price dress and because of the change in weather, was unable to wear it for the event I had planned. I went to return it less than 10 days later with full tags and no wear whatsoever and was denied due to their "return policy" which is vaguely stated on a sign on the far end of the cash register. In my opinion, if sales are essentially "final", this should be strongly advertised and conveyed. In any line of business, the customers satisfaction should be priority. This business misleads its customers and is only interested in getting their less than high quality clothes off the shelves and the money into their own pockets. The store manager was less than helpful and was barely knowledgeable about their return policy. I was directed to a customer service center who could also not give me a clear answer on the policy. I was told the issue would be "pushed up to the CEO" who, to no surprise, has not called back since the incident nearly 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, Ill be skipping this place from now on.

This store has cute clothes but the quality is terrible. They do not last more than a month. There is a no refund or exchange policy without tags so check your clothing closely. Oh, and if you use their 10% discount for signing up for texts, your item becomes a final sale.. Seriously? They even make you initial on your receipt. That should have been my first red flag. I cut the tag off my shirt because I liked the way it fit. I did not realize the back had a tear that went down the middle. Upon further review the sleeves had little rips in them as well. I had this shirt less than a week. I called the store to see if I could exchange it for another and they said there is nothing they can do unless there were thousands of these shirt with quality issues. Save your money! You can spend the same amount at Express for 3 times the quality and better customer service! I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

The clothes are cute but the quality is worse than terrible, youll pay 40 for a dress and after wearing it one time itll tear, if its not already torn before you buy it. Its not worth your money, almost all the clothing and the jewelry is cheap.

My daughter and I have shopped the Clemson store since its opening. Lately we have been very disappointed with the selection (lack of all sizes) and with the service. Not sure we will continue to shop here.
