Very bad Experience here! The entrance staff guy who stands kinda around the door was really rude to this pregnant lady in front of me... she wanted to take a really big wall frame, which seemed heavy so she politely asked this half bald brown guy at the entrance! And he totally ignored her even though the car was parked right outside! Im brown girl too nothing to do with his color just want youll to recognize him when you enter that store! I finally helped her holding the door but I couldnt forget that incident! Just disheartening to see such fellows!

This place was very dirty... Filthy! And they treat you as if youre going to steal something. Loss prevention officers everywhere. I had two items in my hand to try on. The fitting room person just rudely took them off of my hand without addresses me to count them before giving me a number. I took them to the check out counter (the shirt was dirty) so I asked about the return policy. The rude Andrew guy told me if I was it. It cant be returned if the dirt doesnt come out. I wont be shopping there again. First and last time!!!!

I came here to pick up a pair of A second pair of DC shoes for me. They were only a size smaller than my other ones (5) but Ill take them. When we went to check out, the cashier (Cynthia) was very friendly and helpful and even wished me and my mom happy new year. Since this is Ross dress for less, those shoes were only about half the price of my other ones were. Overall: A I have no complaints about this place at all! Rebecca Fair January 7, 2017

USED TO LIKE THIS PLACE TILL TODAY ME AND MY FRIENDS WENT THERE TO BUY A SUITCASE AND THE MANAGER ACCUSED US OF STEALING EMPTY BOXES THAT WERE LEFT BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE INSIDE THE SUITCASE .. Its a discount store so messy and u have to like go through every rack to see if there is something good. I always find dress here and active wear but tops and bottoms not as much and even shoes and other stuff is okay quality. I come mainly when I have a vacation coming up to find things here.

I have been here quite a few times with visiting guests. Its an economical place to shop for gifts and clothes. But I think you find better stuff when the apparel is freshly stocked, otherwise many times we just came out without buying anything.

Hey if you guys dont do your job in labeling an item dont charge more for something you dont know the price for it. All you got to do is take the little scaner and find out the real price. Stop being so lazy!!!!. Worst lazy people working here

This location has the best overall selection of metchandise; however, expect to dig. This isnt the neatest store, and there is usually a line for check out. Still its worth it if youre looking for a bargain.

Store as amazing hours. The check out line can get long at times but are pretty fast as moving through. There inventory is definitely smaller. They have a lot of dead space where they could have inventory.
