The worst customer service! Where their ""strict return policy "really means NO return policy. My daughter bought a pair at the Northpoint mall store. She tried to return them the following day because they were too small and was told they were wrinkled. Beware once they get your money you will not get it back. Definitely taking advantage of teenagers!!

Walked into this store to purchase shoes for my fiance for our wedding. 2 employees standing at the desk holding a conversation and neither stop to speak. Then I see another employee and she asks one of the other customers if they need help but not me. I dont deal well with rude customer service. Wont be rerurning

STAY FAR AWAY. The store manager and the assistant store manager refused to except a return with a receipt within 12 hours after the shoes would not fit my daughter. This is an absolute pathetic excuse for a decent retail shop. Warning warning warning never go there ever.

Inexpensive amazing pairs of shoes and they almosg always have a deal going on. Friendly, super helpful and cool staff as well and I love how the store is always neat and clean too.
