My kids love their clothes. The customer service & delivery is HORRIBLE. I did my kids clothes shopping online and the delivery was screwed up. All the information was correct AND the website said they dont deliver to Post Office Boxes BUT they sent my package there and now my package is returned. The customer service basically give you the same standard script for packages being returned. Now Im waiting for the whole 2 week process to go thru in order to get my refund. If I never received the package dont you think you will be receiving all your items back and at least yall can re-ship a different method to accommodate your customers. So now it looks like I have to do school shopping AGAIN since school will be starting in a week and a half.

When being interviewed and trained here, I swear its in the manual, to provide the worst possible customer service. No one that works here is nice, friendly, or at all helpful. They all look at you like "What are you doing in here?" every time we walk in the door. Its not just this store but all Hollister locations. I will be glad when my daughter grows out of this fad so I will not have to walk back into any of these stores.
