I went to the little five points location in Atlanta and spotted a hat that I was interested in purchasing. I had actually been looking for a similar hat with no luck at a number of stores that I generally frequent. From the moment I touched the hat, I was stalked around the store by the associates. At first, I assumed the sales were commission-based and the associates simply wanted to be the person to lock-in the sale. But I literally could not move around the store without an associate “coincidentally” appearing next to me. My friend, on the other hand, managed to make her way around the store, picking up multiple items, without even once being accosted or asked if she needed help. I could not even try the hat on in the mirror without an associate standing behind me. When attempting to get a second of privacy so I could actually look at myself in the mirror without being leered at, I opened a dressing room door and was promptly asked “who I was looking for” by another associate. I immediately put the hat back and my friend and I left the store. I’m sure the associates thought their relentless harassment thwarted a potential shoplifter, but they actually just turned away a paying customer. I found the same hat on Amazon, and it was ten dollars cheaper.

The entire time i was in the store i was being followed by the a girl who worked there. I couldnt even think straight because i can feel a presence behind me, very rude. If you want to watch you can so from a distance, not right behind me. Also, I placed a dress back on the rack and i walked away. I didnt realize that the dress accidentally fell off the hanger. Immediately, a (different) girl stormed to me saying excuse me but this dress you looked at fell on the floor and told me that i need to pick it up. First of all, i didnt throw it on the ground on purpose, second isnt it the job of the people who work there to do that? The employees seemed to be quite pretentious

Such an awesome shop! They have so many unique items and a great selection of vintage clothes. The staff was friendly and very helpful (I love any place that offers to start a dressing room for you). Prices are really good for vintage too compared to a lot of cities. They also stock a lot of unique accessories like glasses and pins. Definitely check this place out if youre in the area. Theres also a lot of cool things to do around here too!

This store must be ran by a racist . The cashier lady or retail associate looked at me and my fiancé and didnt greet us. While we were in the back of the store looking at dresses she was watching us as if we were trying to steal! I have worked in retail and many vintage boutiques for years so I knew what the lady was doing. I will never shop here. I also will tell others to never shop here. Very rude customer service. Im disgusted!

Love, love, love it here. The staff are always welcoming, asking if you need anything, and will help pick out items for you to try on. They really try to get to know you and what youre going for. For people who are self-conscious about their body or image, this place is amazing and welcoming. Their stuff is a little pricey, but if you can narrow down to a few items or are in a mood to splurge on vintage stuff, this is your place.

First off the staff is truly nice and very helpful. The store in short is a fancy persons thrift store. Its very clean and well organized and thats more than I can say for most of the thrift stores I frequent. I still cant bring myself to pay triple the price I would somewhere else. Its worth walking around and window shopping. You never know you might find a nice deal.

This is the first place where I have begun my gender exploration. The staff there were extremely helpful and encouraging. All of you were awesome. They took the extra time to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely return there again and again. They have an excellent selection at great prices as well!

The employees are always great and so helpful. The selection can be hit-or-miss depending on what youre looking for, but its overall really great. This place is invaluable when shopping for my job, but I also love it when Im shopping for my personal wardrobe.
