I HAVE A MAJOR COMPLAINT ABOUT THE FRAUD THAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR STORE. ON MAY 24, 2016 THE MT. ZION STORE IN MORROW, GA. I SPENT $189.70 AND RECEIVED ONE RECEIPT AND WAS CHARGED TWICE TOTALING $379.40!!!! THAT IS FRAUD AND THEFT BY TAKING!! YOUR COMPANY HAS CAUSED TREMENDOUS FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL PAIN TO ME. AS A RESULT MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN, THE $189.70 THAT WAS FRAUDULENTLY STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY FALLAS LOCATED AT 1968 MOUNT ZION ROAD, MORROW, GA, 30260 STORE # 0582. I LOST WAGES AND TIME FROM WORK TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION WITH THE STORE MANAGER. ON MY BANK STATEMENT I WAS CHARGED $189.70 TWICE TOTALING $379.40 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. IF THIS IS HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS OPERATED BY STEALING FROM LOYAL CUSTOMERS THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME! WTF?? ALSO THEY SAID THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM THAT DAY WHICH MEANS THIS HAPPENED TO NUMEROUS PPL!! AND MY QUESTION IS WHY ARE WE REACHING OUT TO YOU AS OPPOSED TO YOU REACHING OUT TO THE PPL WHOS MONEY YOU STOLE???? AND THE PPL FROM CORPORATE ARE NOT HELPFUL THEY JUST SAY WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND WE ARE NOT SURE WHEN IT WILL B "REFUNDED"! A REFUND IS WHEN U BUY SOMETHING AND THEY GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU RETURN SOMETHING NOT WHEN YOU TAKE THE CUSTOMERS MONEY!!

Dont bother coming here on a Sunday afternoon, you are guaranteed to spend a minimum of 15 minutes waiting in line. The has only been one available cashier for the last two Sundays I shopped here. This has happened to me twice today being the most recent incident. When it was finally my turn, the cashier, Jasmine Price, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didnt even greet me or apologize for the long wait. I told her I would be posting a review and asked for her name which she gave me in a nasty manner. It took for me to have to speak for her to even acknowledge me. I would think that when you have waiting customers in a long line, you would be a little bit more customer service oriented and at least apologize for their wait. While in line, she paged the manager for backup assistance. It took the manager almost 8 minutes to come to the front to assist get the line down. They really need to work on their customer service and get better cashiers working there then Jasmine Price.

It was too cluttered and they didnt have enough cashiers and the manager wouldnt help when they had long lines ,we waited in line for an hour to be checked out by one cashier and she wouldnt even open the other register and then she left and went to lunch leaving the cashier alone with a line full of customers.

The staff is not customer friendly, they were sarcastic and annoying to deal with. On top of that, store has no dressing room, yet you cant return items after purchase. Youd be better off going to a place like Rainbow (the prices are about the same anyway).

Low priced clothes, toys, and home decor. You get what you pay for. Clothes last through multiple wears and washed. Usually long and slow lines. Dont expect much help on the store room floor. No restrooms for shoppers.

The clothes are all sized wrong. The staff is rude. You have to pay with a credit card to get your money back for a return. If you pay cash you can only get store credit. Dont waste your time or money!

Would have given them a higher rating but its to tight in the store no public resteoom or i would have stayed longer and bought more but everything else was great!!!

If you dig enough you might find something worth buying. Floor is pretty crowded with no discernible merchandising plan. Might find some good kids stuff

Very inexpensive prices, but the merchandise appears to be rejected items from other stores. Good for simple items like leggings or t-shirts
