Sure. .. prices are ok. Customer service on the other hand can use a lot a lot a lot of improvement. I was about to drop over $300 with the buy one, get two deal. Good deal. And a couple of tie clips $45 plus having all suits. Jacket and pants hemmed. About $120 more. In all close to $365. Waited in line for over 15 minutes. When ready to pay. Am asked for my number which I declined to provide. To then be told that its required for the sale...? For discounts... which I turned down to provide... Well its my private information which I only share when needed, when wanted, to people I want. Not to be given freely to anyone for them to turn around and sell it. In short. Wasted about two hours of my time and they didnt get my money... oh well am taking my money somewhere else.

Bad service. Bad attitude. When did customer service become so bad that a cashier ignores you while youre standing waiting to check out as she proceeds to pickup a phone that was not ringjng. Then begins to move around boxes as she is facing you and yet ignores you. The individuals walking threw the door she speaks to. So Ive stood in line for over a minute and she still hasnt acknowledged me. When i speak she says one moment and continues messing around with boxes. A customer walks up to the next register and she speaks to. From 1.15pm until 1.23 pm it takes her this long to ring up 2 pairs of shoes. And she has an attitiude. Remain at home if you dont wish to do your job. Poor service...7/11/2017.

Worst experience EVER! The customer service sucks there are 10 employees just randomly walking around while the check out line is 15 to 20 customers deep. After waiting over 10 minutes to check out the cashier lets a lady who just walks in the door go before me simply because she had a return. Thats unfair to the people who have waded through the racks of misplaced clothing sizes and stood in line alot longer than the other lady. When I mentioned it to cashier she came back with attitude and unappreciated comments. I will never shop there again. I will drive to the Atlanta store before I ever go there again. They act like they are the only people that sell pants.

I purchased several suits had them altered and was told I could pick them up at 9pm on a Sunday. I arrived at 7:00pm and they where closing and would not let me in to get the clothes I had purchased for a work event. Now I have nothing to wear after spending ove 500 dollars with k&g. This will be the last time I ever do business with them. Bad form. Its already paid for all I need is to pick it up.

I love shopping at this store. This is my favorite chain and location. I love the prices and styles. The store is always packed because the prices are great! I dont mind giving my phone number to them at checkout because thats how I receive my discounts through text messages. Keep sending my discounts!! Customer service is breath of fresh air. Great job to the all employees.

If I have to give my phone number to buy anything, youre not getting my business. Ive never heard of any company with a policy requiring customers to give their phone number when buying anything. If its "corporate policy" as per the cashier, then this company deserves to go out of business.

Customer service means alot to paying customers. The enviroment felt toxic the way the manager was speaking to her sales associates and clients. I have been a rewards customer for years. I have never experienced a manager yelling at employees and customers.

They have a good selection of suits and accessories, not the best but good enoigh. Casual clothing not as much, the selection is OK. They offer tailoring on site which is good. The only problem they have is the checkout. They are friendly but SLOW!!!

I like the selection, i was about to get buy one get 2 free deal but because of poor customer service I didnt . I went around 6pm on 6/5/2016. I dont remember the associates name. I am going to the one in Atlanta tomorrow to get the suit.

Went to buy a suit for the finance and they were very nice and knowledgeable! The lady (Sorry I forget her name) was very helpful in measuring and helping us pick out items that complimented my dress as well as that suited his style!
