This was my first time at Marshalls and it was awful! The dress I found was the only one left in my size and it had makeup and a black spot on it. I wasnt worried about the makeup, but I was worried about the black spot. Its the type of material you cant scrub or it will turn fuzzy. So, I knew I was going have to spot dab it multiple times to get the black spot out of the dress. I went us to the cashier named Maria M and asked if there is anything they can do. She was not authorized to give any discount so Larissa the manager came over. Larissa explained that the makeup would come off easy, which I agreed. However, she stated that the black spot would come off too. I explained to her that it would take multiple attempts to get it out. She then started to rub the material together. When I told her to please stop since the material was starting to fuzz, she looked at me and said oh no this material wont fuzz and kept going! Larissa then explained that I could pay full price and they would write spot on the receipt and if it doesnt come out to come back and they would give a full refund. When I explained to her I am not from Georgia and that they dont have Marshalls where I am from; she simply shrugged and said sorry then, there is nothing we can do. I was appalled. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. Especially since this was my first time I have ever shopped here. When I am out of town, I will never shop here again (at least this location). DONT GO HERE!! I wasnt looking for a massive discount or anything. I was willing to pay full price if they had the same dress in my size without and spots. I was looking for a small amount due to the time and effort it will take me to get the black spot out. Now I have a black spot with fuzz on it to get out instead of just the black spot. On a side note, Maria was beyond polite and tried to apologize multiple times to me.

I was at the store today, January 25th 2014 around 1pm. I had an Asian lady at checkout. I found DIFFERENT clearance items I liked with one of the clearance items having 3 different clearance prices! The cashier began to argue with me that she could not honor the lower price of the exact item with 3 different clearance items. She said it all depends on when the merchandise came in the store??? I asked for the store manager and Marva came. She was VERY helpful and said she will honor the lowest prices. The Asian lady actually told her store manager in front of me I am signing out so you can ring her up. Her attitude was almost of that like YOU do it! It was pitiful on her part. But I have to say the store manager was exceptional! She was pleasant, helpful and exceeded in providing good customer service and for this reason, I will continue to go back to this Marshalls.

Beautifully Me

I have shopped at Marshals for YEARS. Mansell and Sandy Springs are my favorite stores. You can find the most beautiful housewares at BOTH locations. The Health food section is awesome. You get to try it at a lower price and not waste your money if you dont like it. I LOVE MARSHALS!!

This is by far my favorite Marshalls. When Im in the need for some new, different clothes I travel out of my way to come up here. I always find unique clothes here and people always ask me where I got it from.

LOVE this Marshalls! I dont really get my clothes anywhere else. They have a pretty good selection of shoes and clothes that changes out a lot, and usually in my size, too!
